This lovely one bedroom, one bathroom, no smoking unit, located on the golf course, will comfortably sleep four with the foldout bed. At this condominium, you can relax at one of the five pools or walk to the 1100 feet of private beach.
After a long day's work on Sandpiper Cove's nine hole golf course, you can relax in the jacuzzi after eating dinner at the in-complex Louisiana Landgiappe. There is also a boat ramp to get your craft into the bay and to the ocean!
The property features 24 hour guard service, five swimming pools and three outdoor hot tubs, nine hole - par three golf course, six tennis courts, full beach service and boat docks.
As an added bonus, while you are staying at our condo, there are golf clubs and tennis racquets that will be provided to you as loaners (based on availability) absolutely free of charge.
The condominium is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The family room is equipped with a 20" television with DVD (there are some DVD's for your viewing) and AM/FM/CD players. The bedroom has a TV/FM/VCR combo - great for the kids to watch VHS movies provided in the unit.
The kitchen is well equipped to make your own meals. For those nightcaps, you can go onto the deck and relax and take in the view.
