THE PERFECT BEACH VACATION! Stay in this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath penthouse condo in Oceanwalk. This spacious unit has 2566 Sq. Ft. of living space and over 700 Sq. Ft. of balcony! Beautifully furnished, all brand new beds and amenities. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV and private bathroom. The family room has a large flat screen TV, Blue-Ray/DVD combo, and an electric fireplace. Digital cable boxes in every room and internet/Wi-Fi is included. Granite tops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. Stainless steal appliances in the kitchen. 18 x 18 tile floors throughout the living area, carpet in the bedrooms. Master bedroom is enormous, access to both balconies, a sitting area and a very large walk-in closet (a shoe storage wall big enough for 80+ pair of shoes, a must see!). The master bathroom has a oversized jet tub, separate walk-in 7-head jet shower with bench, and his-and-hers granite top vanities. All cookware and dinnerware is provided. Linens are provided as well.
SPACE TO SPREAD OUT! The vacation home has 2 spacious balconies. The oversized balcony has a gas grill, a dining table for 4, and lounge chairs for laying out in the sun all day. Both have views of the ocean. There is gated parking on the 1st floor of the building with attached elevator to unit. A key will be provided to the owner’s walk-in storage for beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Bike racks in the garage if you bring your own bike.
Oceanwalk has 2 heated pools and hot tubs, both with clubhouses for lounging around. Each clubhouse has an exercise room, a sauna, and a tv room. The pool areas have outdoor gas grills for cooking or you can grill on your own private gas grill on your balcony. There is a theater in the newest clubhouse. The site has tennis courts, a basketball hoop, shuffle board, bocce, outdoor fire pit, and a putting green. You can also rent DVDs from the clubhouse.

We stayed in this condo March 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The condo is gorgeous and immaculate, it felt like our own home (wish it was). Donna and Frank are delightful people to deal with, they made the whole rental process very easy. We had a few visitors during our stay and they loved staying here as well. The huge balcony was awesome, we had a few bbq's which we enjoyed so much. Thanks again to Donna and Frank for helping make our vacation so relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed here for 2 months last winter and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. The condo was immaculate. Having two balconies one on the east side and one on the west was perfect. We loved having a gas barbeque right on our balcony to use. The furniture was high quality both inside and on the balconies. The kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, etc. were very well appointed. The pool areas were nice as were the gyms. There were yoga classes on site as well. We can't say enough about the whole experience. Would highly recommend this unit. Thanks Frank & Donna! The property exceeded the listing description and photos. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom and flat screen TV. The condo was well-maintained, clean, and provided ample towels, soaps, and other necessities. Two pools and exercise facilities are close by. The owners live in the complex and were available at all times. The condo is very well built and quiet. The two balcony allowed for a view of the ocean and the opportunity to cook on a gas grill. I highly recommend this property!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: Frank and Donna have lived in New Smyrna Beach for over a decade. Frank is a construction superintendent and has spent the better part of 45 years building hotels, schools, and commercial property throughout Orlando and the country. Donna spends time in the local community volunteering as an ombudsman and with other charitable organizations. We lived in this unit in building #2 for the first 2 years after construction completed then purchased a second unit in building #10 where we live now. We love everything about living in Oceanwalk and are sure you will love spending your vacation in our condo. As residents of Oceanwalk we are always available to help make your vacation perfect. Wonderful walks on the beach finding sand dollars and sea shells, great surfing and fishing, plenty of sand for building sand castles and burying relatives(up to their head of course). A great atmosphere at the pools, very private feeling.
