Portside is located on the desirable west end of the aqua gulf and white sands of Panama City Beach. Our unit, SD-2, is in the front section of the complex boasting views of the gulf from the master bedroom and balcony. Park right outside your door for convenience. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. A queen sofa bed is in the living room.
The complex has 3 swimming pools, hot tub, shuffleboard and tennis courts-with easy access to the beach across the street. Portside is conveniently located; only 15 minutes from our new international airport, 1/2 hour drive to Sandestin with a mammoth amount of outlet shops, close to Pier Park with shopping galore, restaurants, The Grand Theater, and dining available overlooking the gulf. We have two new piers-great for strolling or fishing. Frank Brown Park is minutes away with its huge pool, tennis courts, baseball and softball fields and lots of walking trails. Close by find golf courses, miniature golf, Gulf World, Zoo World, Wonder Works and Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Rent scooters, jet skis or Parasail. Grocery stores and churches are in close proximity.
You will find Portside to be a favorite vacation spot. We are Panama City Beach residents for 14 years now.

condo was perfect in every way, close to the pool area and beach. owner was great to work with cant wait to go backRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We visited for spring break and had a very relaxing week. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens and kitchen utensils. The in house laundry was very handy. All pools were an easy walk from the house. One pool was under renovation, but the other 2 were always clean. Crowd level was minimal during the time we were there. Very short walk across the street to the beach with 2 kids and all of our stuff. We will visit again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.
