This beautifully custom decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom end unit Golf Villa with spacious accommodations will delight you when you reserve this lovely condo at The Havens in Barefoot Resort and Golf. The Havens, a premier Barefoot Resort community, is very popular as it is surrounded by the Greg Norman golf course on two sides and this unit is situated on the 9th hole. Have your morning coffee or afternoon refreshments on the lanai enjoying golf course views. As you enter the resort you will pass Barefoot Landing where you can enjoy shopping, great entertainment or fantastic restaurants and the the scenic Intracoastal Waterway at the front of the community. Take a swim in the grand main Barefoot Resort pool where you can also relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a relaxing swim in the large L-shaped Havens community pool which is located only steps from this Golf Villa and has a pool house with restrooms for your convenience along with vending machines, two BBQ grills and a picnic table. The shuttle stop where you will be picked up in an air conditioned shuttle bus which runs frequently to take you to and from the beautiful white sandy beach is conveniently located at the pool area right across from this Golf Villa.
The master suite is beautifully appointed with a king size bed, walk in closet and private full bath suite. The king bed can be easily separated to make two very comfortable twins. A second bedroom, on the opposite end of the villa, is tastefully decorated with a queen size bedroom suite and double closets. A third beach themed bedroom hosts two twin beds, full size closet and plenty of storage room. A full second bath is located just off the foyer. Each bedroom is appointed with a ceiling fan and TV for your comfort and convenience. In addition this Golf Villa is equipped with Wi-Fi.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a great meal at home. Eat in the lovely dining room or on the lanai overlooking the golf course. The laundry area is tucked away in the foyer off the great room for your convenience.
Beautiful beaches, many great local restaurants including a restaurant/sports bar right on premises, fantastic entertainment, water activities, great golfing near by and in the resort with a driving range, practice green and pro shop await you and are just moments away.
