The Beach Retreat is on the second floor of a gated, four story condominium. It is private, small and quiet, and lives up to its name – Tranquillity on the Beach. The unit's three king suites will comfortably accommodate a family of six. But it is also perfect for three couples traveling together or as a romantic and extra spacious getaway for two.
This luxury condominium is beautifully decorated in casual and elegant furnishings. Soft hues of the Gulf’s colors --greens, blues and cream --set a tranquil mood in the living areas. Quality furnishings include custom made down-filled chairs and sofa, Belgian linen slip-covers, original water color art in the living area, and teak wood furniture on the balcony. The main entertainment center is equipped with TiVo, an LCD TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo. Free high speed wireless internet access.
The master suite offers awesome views and sounds of the Gulf and opens to the balcony. The muted blues and crisp whites in the master reflect its serene environment. The upholstered chaise in the bedroom window offers a comfortable, quiet reading spot with panoramic views. The large master bath features a jacuzzi tub, a large separate shower, and his and her sinks. Each of the three bedrooms have a king size bed, private bath, television and a large upholstered chair. In addition the condo includes a portable crib, Pack n Play, and high chair for young families.
Preparing a meal for a crowd is easy in the gourmet kitchen fully equipped with granite countertops, glass backsplashes and stainless steel appliances. Or prepare a quick meal of fresh seafood on one of the pool side gas grills. Enjoy dining on the gulf front balcony or let the sounds of the surf lull you into a nap in the teak steamer chaises. Take a dip in the heated pool, which is located directly on the Gulf and is visible from the balcony just to the east.
There is plenty to do as well! Relax on the beach or play golf at the neighboring Camp Creek golf course designed by Tom Fazio or play tennis or work out at the nearby Rosemary Beach Racquet Club. Jog, walk or bike along the paved path which begins at your front door and continues for 20 miles along Scenic Highway 30A. Enjoy the many casual and fine restaurants in the area or shop the charming local boutiques in nearby Seaside or Rosemary Beach.

Thank you for your comments and suggestions. We wish we could leave than the typical hotel soap bar and fresh roll of toilet paper in each bath, but we are required to throw out everything each week. When you told Garrett on checkout that the drain was slow in the master shower they sent in a plumber. We arrived the next day and the shower is draining freely. We hope and encourage any guest who sees a maintenance issue to please call Garrett and tell them, otherwise we do not know. Garrett will send someone to fix it immediately or, if you do not want to be disturbed, they will fix it after you check out. We are glad you had a good time though.

We are visiting from far, far away . . .19 miles! We live in Panama City Beach, but enjoyed the change of scenery. We were concerned about the hot fall temps and the red tide but is all worked out just fine & we were rewarded with cool temps on Thursday. We enjoyed biking along the path on 30A and exploring the beautiful developments of Rosemary Beach, Sea Crest, Water, Sound, Seaside & Water Color. We also enjoyed Deer Lake & Grayton Beach State Parks. Our best meals were at Yianni's & the Terrace. Our favorite deli was Boardwalk Deli with its surprise water lill pnd, twisted salt pine & koi. We loved the comfortable beds & living room! The views were spectacular. There are only minor needed improvements: the drain in shower (master) was sluggish, we could have appreciated more substantial bath soap & extra toilet tissue. Other than those minor points, we had a wonderful time. Thank you for your hospitality.

We enjoyed your beautiful spacious place. The view was wonderful from the inside AND the balcony. It was nice to retreat to the pool when the rip tides and jellyfish came! Angelina's has the world's best pizza and crab legs at Bayou Bill's were super good. The week was restful. Thanks so much! It was quite a hike getting back from the beach.

I agree! It is a long haul up the stairs from the beach. I try to warn everyone we could throw a stone into the Gulf but we are 50 feet above the waterline so there are a lot of steps to climb on returning from the beach. That is why we built a wide secure stairway with landings and gentle lighting for night trips to the beach (turtle protective lighting of course!). There is an elevator in the building, but we have not figured out how to build one to the beach!

Beautiful Condo! Pool has been a lot of fun. We are from Bridgeport, West Virginia.Our daughter and her 2 little boys are from Rome, GA. The ocean view has been fabulous.
