We are so excited to offer our beautiful vacation home to you! Our unit is on the top sixteenth floor penthouse with views of the Santa Rosa Sound and Gulf of Mexico. Our beautiful condominium is located in the Summerwind Resort complex in the Summerwind Condominium (the center building).
The spectacular tiled deck has a private hot tub with plenty of outdoor furnishings to make your stay just as comfortable outside as inside. The living area has two sets of sliding glass doors to provide you with a beautiful view just sitting on the sofa. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors also to provide you with access to the deck and the fabulous scenery.
The kitchen has many upgrades including granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Sleeping arrangements include a king size bed in the Master Bedroom, two full size beds in the second bedroom and a bunk bed in the third bedroom. The living room and each bedroom is equipped with a TV/VCR while the living room also has a DVD. Park you car comfortably out of the sun, 20 feet from the elevator, in the penthouse parking space! There are 3 fitness centers and 3 pools with hot tubs. Grilling on charcoal grills is only allowed on the ground in between the towers.
You won't be disappointed in your accommodations. This is a rare find here in Navarre Beach!
