This upgraded condo has granite countertops, modern tile floors, and luxurious master bathroom with large dual head shower and 110 gallon Roman tub. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a full size murphy bed (high quality full mattress which folds up into the wall). The living room has an additional single futon.
The wrap around balcony has full view of the ocean and the beautiful pool. The amenities include fitness center, sauna, secure underground parking, ample areas around the pool for grilling, eating and soaking the sun. You can enjoy the security of a gated pool area and on-site management in the lobby.
There is so much to do! You can soak the sun in the tranquil beach, and later walk to the dining, mall and water park. The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is just a few minute drive down the beach. Next to the lighthouse are walking trails with spectacular views as well as fishing at the inlet.
Daytona is in a great location within an hour to Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Cape Canaveral, and Historic St. Augustine (and lighthouse).

This is a great condo! We had one little snag witht he AC when we first got there, but the owner got it taken care of as quickly as possible. We couldn't have been happier, it was close to everything and right on the beach. The property has underground parking and was deffinately the nicest property in the area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children.

My family and I have vacationed at this beautiful condo for over three weeks on three separate occasions within the past 7 months. Very safe environment (need a key to get into the building and to gain access to the property from the beach). Upgraded furnishings, lovely decor, top quality mattresses on all three beds, two super-clean and updated baths, fully stocked and large kitchen, and a beautiful pool. The groundskeepers are always working to keep the property clean and green. In addition, the view is spectacular from the wrap around ocean front deck -- deck is accessible from both bedrooms and the living area. I like this place so much, I could move in and live here forever! And the owner is one of the nicest people you would ever hope to meet.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We chose this property because it was completely remodeled with modern conveniences. The location is quiet, yet five minutes from shopping and entertainment. Daytona is close to historic Saint Augustine and Orlando.

This unit has been remodeled with granite countertops, luxury bath tubs, open living areas, wrap around porch. We like having the laundry room two doors down. The wrap around porch allows direct view of the beach in front and also river view.
