The condo complex is very well maintained by on site management with friendly & helpful full time staff. Mammoth Mountain's Canyon Lodge is 3/4 mile up the road and The Village shops, restaurants & gondola are a 5 minute walk down the road.
The Mammoth Lakes Basin is 2 miles up scenic Lake Mary Rd & readily accessed via car or the new bike/pedestrian path. The free shuttle stops at the condo complex & provides access to the entire town of Mammoth Lakes, Mammoth Mountain Ski Area & the Mammoth Lakes Basin.
