my family just stayed in alina's apartment. it was a beautiful apartment - decorated wonderfully and fully equipped. not one detail was overlooked. i was impressed. it is as beautiful as the pictures. the building was quiet and very clean and the staff was very kind. the pool was a heated salt-water pool. what a treat. i would definitely go back. thank you alina.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I'm renting this beautiful Apartment for 3 Month. It has everything what you need for a pleasurable stay..your Parking Spot is reserved and I feel like this is my home. I can only recommend this place. Large Living-room and Bedroom, the Showers are heavenly and the kitchen well equippedRecommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: I have lived all my life in South Florida. The beaches are beautiful clean and most of all safe for all levels of swimmers. It is a great neighborhood for families and singles alike. People are friendly, courteous and always welcome a new face. If you are into dining out you will find in close proximity some of the most exquisite dining of Miami. If you love the night life you are only but a few miles to great nightclubs and upscale chic bars. I currently live in Quito Ecuador where I currently have my business. We are fresh cut rose growers who export throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. I love the arts and enjoyed living in Surfside. It is centrally located close exclusive shops and restaurants. If you enjoy waking up to the sound of the ocean, long walks on the beach and meeting friendly down to earth people you will enjoy your stay here.

I love to sit in my living room and look out the sliding glass door and see the intense color of the ocean. It's breathtaking. I also love the fact that there is a boardwalk on the beach that allows you to walk, exercise and enjoy the beach all at the same time.
