Imagine yourself surrounded by emerald green and sapphire blue waters and having sugary white sand scrunch between your toes. No, this is not the French Riviera or the Caribbean, it is Panama City Beach, one of Florida's best hidden vacation destinations. Panama City Beach is one of the world's most beautiful beaches, with over twenty-seven miles of breathtaking, unrivaled beauty along the Gulf of Mexico.
Directly on the beach, with assigned, covered parking located directly in the building close to the elevator. No more walks late at night or in the rain to cross the road in order to get home with those groceries.
Conveniently located just minutes Pier Park, a 900,000 square foot open air complex that is the largest shopping and entertainment venue in Northwest Florida. Pier Park brings a whole new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach including many favorite restaurants and national chain stores. Pier Park has beautifully landscaped walking paths, a park for summer concerts and annual festivals along with The Grand Theatre containing 16 movie theatres with stadium-style seating. On May 23rd, the Bay County International Airport was opened providing even greater travel convenience and discounted airlines like Southwest Airlines. Just up the road is Frank Brown Park, a 200 acre recreational center which has several softball and baseball fields used for tournaments, playgrounds, picnic areas, fishing sites and an aquatic center.
The owner has added his personal touch by furnishing the Penthouse with his own artwork. He wanted to make the condo feel like home away from home. He is 3D Dave because his "shop art" is in 3D. The artist gets his inspiration from vacationing on the beach, or sitting by his fish pond and/or relaxing in his hammock. Both bedrooms are furnished with king size beds, each with own bathroom, making it ideal for two couples to go on vacation and split the cost. And when you have children, there is a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a crock pot so dinner is ready when you come home!
Complimentary beach service, two beach lounge chairs and an umbrella are available during beach season (March 1 through Oct 31). These chairs have nice cushions ensuring your day on the beach is extra comfy and relaxing. Guests are also provided with an assigned parking space close to the elevator.
Our condo operates with a keyless entry system. No more keys to hide, carry, lose or forget. Nothing is worse than coming in from the beach and not being able to get into your condo because the sun has deactivated your key or you simply misplaced it.

We are the owners of this gorgeous Penthouse located in Panama City Beach. Dave and I (Mary) have always loved vacationing in Florida and have found the N.W. Coast of Florida to have the most beautiful beaches in the world. The sand is so white. Listening to the sound of the waves is music to our ears! Dave is retired and has taken up artwork. From years of doing handyman work, he knew he could use materials to create shop art. And that’s what he did! You’ll see his creative pieces throughout the condo. He is 3d Dave because his “shop art” is in 3D. All of the pieces are for sale, or you can commission him to create a piece just for you. He gets his inspiration vacationing and relaxing in his hammock! You can also check out his artwork on facebook - search for Dave Bogle. I enjoy cooking, baking, cross stitch and gardening. Summertime is spent playing in the dirt, harvesting and canning. Friends and family love receiving our labor of love gifts. Thank you for choosing Tropic Winds #2306 as your vacation home. My husband & I stayed at this property for 6 weeks & had an amazing time! A lovely lady named Victoria was our contact or property manager & whenever we had a concern or question she immediately answered or returned our call. The view from the 23rd floor was incredible, the balcony was huge & very private. The condo was decorated beautifully & the owners personally painted pictures added a unique touch. We throughly enjoyed our stay as Panama City Beach has something for everyone. We walked the paths at the park just west of Pier Park nearly everyday which was only a short 2 mile drive. One never gets tired of Pier Park & all the shops. There are so many great restaurants in the city & many neat activities for the kids. If there was a cooler, rainy day we would hop in the car & explore the surrounding area. In those 6 weeks, we were never bored!! We were fortunate to have warm temps most of our stay & so we were able to spend many days enjoying the gorgeous beach in our "front yard" & the beach chairs & umbrella's that the owners had included in the rental! The only down side, especially for someone older is that so far, there are no carts to haul your luggage, etc. up to the condo. We were told that when more condos are sold, they will jointly purchase them for the guests. Next year we will bring our wheeled luggage haulers to help make things easier. Everything said, we loved Tropic Winds & have already made plans to return next year. It is located on the west end of Panama City Beach which we found to be very peaceful.
