This stunning 1st floor condominium is located in Colonial Country Club. It was built in 2005, and was one of the last condominiums built in the plan. It has spectacular lake and preserve views from the living room, master bedroom and tiled lanai. It is tastefully decorated in all new furniture, dishes, cookware and linens.

The unit is approximately 1209 square feet. It also features a one-car covered carport, and there is a second visitor parking space. The neighborhood pool and spa are literally a few steps away.
Colonial Country Club is ten minutes from the Ft. Myers Airport (Regional Southwest). It is minutes from I-75 and Route 41. Gulf Coast Town Center is 15 minutes away and hosts many restaurants, including Outback, Carrabba’s, Pincher’s Crab Shack, Miller’s Ale House, along with retails stores which include Costco, J.C. Penney, Target, Belk and hundreds more. Miramar Outlet Mall is about 17 minutes away. Coconut Pointe Mall, which is the largest major shopping mall on the southwest coast of Florida, is approximately 20 minutes from the condo.
The Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins Training Camp are 20 minutes away.
The beaches of Barefoot, Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva are in driving distance.
Colonial Country Club features a full service, 18,000-square-foot clubhouse with a dining room. The fitness center is approximately 11,000 square feet and it is outfitted with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, a library, meeting room, massage rooms, golf pro shop, and activity center with a full-time director. There are eight lighted Har-Tru and two hard surface courts. The clubhouse has an extensive tennis pro shop with tennis products and services.
The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Gordon Lewis with an aquatic driving range and putting green. Colonial Country Club also features neighborhood parks and nature trails through its 750 acres, including approximately 150 acres of protected natural preserve areas and 150 acres of fresh water lakes. One of the nature walks is across the lake from the condo.
This unit comes with a Social membership. Full golf and tennis privileges are available for a $312 membership transfer fee.
