  The Ashwood house was more than I expected- absolutely wonderful. The place was spotless. Great location. It was so relaxing sitting on the porch enjoying a cup of coffee. I cant wait to return!

  I rented this house for my parents and nieces to attend my daughters graduation at Belmont. The home was perfectly situated, decorated and maintained. We all thought how nice it would be to stay longer. If the weather were better we would have enjoyed the inviting front porch. The home was fully equipped including coffee (nice touch). We would stay here again without a doubt.

  Our stay at the Ashwood Guest House could not have been better. It made our trip to Nashville so much nicer. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go: grocery, shops, restaurants, and Vanderbilt for graduation. The owners, CJ and Rolff, provided all the comforts of home including a comfortable bed and bedding, cozy sofas and chairs, and plenty of fresh, clean towels. Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen had everything one would need. Chatting with CJ and learning about the area was a highlight of the stay. It was reassuring to know the owner was right next door. Nashville was lots of fun! It is a mecca for good food. No wonder it is always being visited on the Food Network. Wish we had a reason to return. Would love to come back and enjoy the area and Ashwood Guest House again.

  The house is awesome. We were in Nashville for the marathon and decided to stay in a house instead of a hotel....what a great choice. This is a beautiful home that has everything you need. It was an great week in Nashville enjoyed it all. Thanks CJ!!!

  Just wanted to express my appreciation to CJ for the quick and efficient way she handled our request to cancel our reservations about 6 weeks before arrival. Unfortunately, we weren't able to visit her house in Nashville, but when I sent her an e-mail telling her we had to cancel, she responded to me the next day and told me that a check was in the mail returning our deposit to us. That was so nice to hear, as I have heard some stories from friends about having to fight to get back their deposits in similar situations. Thank you, CJ. Hope to get to Nashville in the future and will definitely try to stay at your place.

  Just returned from a week at this Nashville home. The location provides very good access to all that Nashville has to offer, nearby to Belmont Mansion and Vanderbilt University. Beds are comfortable, decor is newer and the place was spotless. We didn't cook much but the kitchen was stocked with what we needed, including great coffee. This is an old home but very well maintained. Parking is on the street and plentiful. WiFi worked flawlessly. Just one TV in the house but it worked out fine for our stay. Owner CJ (lives next door) is accommodating and friendly but not at all intrusive. We would definitely return!

  This was absolutely perfect for our girl's trip to Nashville! The house was clean and cozy and really convenient to several neighborhoods for food, groceries, and shopping. CJ was the perfect host- she was easy to work with and even provided recommendations several recommendations that we followed up on. If you're looking to get to downtown Nashville, it's just a quick cab ride away. I definitely plan on coming back!

It's central location in the Historic Belmont Hillsboro Neighborhood makes it easy to get Downtown or to simply walk to several neighborhood restaurants. Feel like just staying home and catching up with each other? Ashwood Guest House is so comfortable for just hanging in the living room or having a glass of wine or cup of coffee on the front porch. Being with friends is important and we do everything we can to make that experience perfect at Ashwood Guest House!

  I lived in Ashwood Guest House for about 6 months before moving into a permanent residence in the same neighborhood. I loved it! The house is cozy, very comfortable and fully stocked. The owners are right next door and wonderful people. The neighborhood is fabulous--easy walking to nearby coffee shops and restaurants in Hillsboro Village and 12 South. It's a great place for a long weekend or a much longer stay. I heartily recommend this gem!

  The house was warm and relaxing. CJ thought of everything so you felt so comfortable. She was extremely pleasant and any questions we had she answered. This is definetly a place we are coming back to for another Nashville stay! It was also in a great neighborhood with some many great places to eat or see. Thank you again CJ!
