This is a beautiful, large house with a great pool. Perfect for a weekend getaway. James (the owner) is always available via email, and is easy to work with. We didn't have any problems at all!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The home is beautiful. Great neighborhood and proximity to restaurants, shopping, etc. Pool was great, although spa temp was set to 85 degrees and couldn't be changed. Access to Country Club access was easy to obtain, but it's located about 15-20 minutes away and charges $15 per person for a daily workout. But over-all, we enjoyed our stay and found the home extremely clean and comfortable.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

Every summer we take a break in the desert. Typically we stay at a Marriott resort ... we decided to give VRBO a shot this year. James made our experience a winner! He is a great communicator & leaves no leaf unturned. This house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of clean linens available, plenty of space for a couple blow-up mattresses! Our happiest mattress was under the large fan in the master bathroom!! (Yes, the bathroom is that big!!, still with plenty of room at the vanities!) James responded quickly to a couple quick questions we had (how do you turn on the pool fountain...). We've already booked next summer with James! Book it, you won't regret it.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

THE HOUSE & BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ARE EXTREMELY SPACIOUS & THE POOL & JACUZZI & WATERFALL FEATURE IS SO TRANQUIL - JAMES MET US THEIR & HAD THE HOUSE SPOTLESS - WE REALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE & JAMES THE PROPERTY MANAGER FOR HIS HIS FAMILY TO EVERYONE WHO USES VRBO - 1ST CLASS ALL THE WAY. Thank you James! We really enjoyed the property. The neighborhood was very pleasant. The house is beautiful and had every amenity imaginable. The pool was perfect for our grandchildren and the adults as well. Everyone who came left feeling happy, relaxed and commented this was a true vacation. We will definitely be returning. The only question will be if this property will be big enough for our expanding brood or will we have to rent the one next door! Thanks again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

James, we really appreciate all that you did for us for our stay in this beautiful place. We really had a great vacation. The place was very clean and spacious. We all had a great time. You have been such a wonderful host and responded to every requests in a very timely manner. We will definetely come back again next May in 2012.Recommended for: Girls getaway.

This rental was NOT as advertised. This house is advertised as 3 bedroom plus den with convertible couch. The house has 3 bedrooms with one bed in each room and does NOT have a convertible couch. I rented this property after talking in detail with James about the beds provided. He made it clear that there were 3 beds (2 king and 1 queen), a convertible couch and a brand new air mattress (to sleep 10 total). We discovered when we arrived that there was no convertible couch and no air mattress which left 4 guests with no bed to sleep in. I was extremely disappointed in how James handled the situation. I left him a voicemail the night we arrived asking him to call me to discuss a resolution. By mid-morning the following day he still had not returned my call. I left a second voicemail and he responded by text message. I asked him two additional times via text to call me and he did not. He would only respond via text. His response to having no convertible couch was “the couch by the TV in the kitchen area is different then”. To my request for two air mattresses to make up for no convertible couch he told me that a new one would be delivered to the house and that I should go to his neighbor’s house to and ask them to lend me a second one. When we went to set up the new air mattress he has delivered we discovered it was operated by 6 or 8 batteries which obviously did not come with the mattress so we were unable to use it. The house itself is fantastic. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of sheets. The kitchen is huge and stocked well with appliances and utensils. There were plenty of towels for both the bath and the pool. The outside area is tranquil with a big pool and spa. There were plenty of chairs to lounge on. If it wasn’t for the misrepresentation of beds and the poor communication this would have been a five star stay. Hopefully the owners choose a better person to represent their rental property in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: FIRST OF ALL, WE HAD BEEN IN COMMUNICATION 19x VIA TEXT BECAUSE WE WRE IN A CONFERENCE. SECOND OF ALL, THERE IS A LARGE COUCH IN THE MAIN FAMILY ROOM THAT IS NOT A PULL-OUT, THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR 1 OF OUR PILLOW-TOP KING SIZE AIR MATTRESS'. WE ALSO OFFERED OUR GUESTS ANOTHER AIR MATTRESS WHICH WAS @ OUR NEIGHBORS HOUSE, WHICH THEY WENT OVER AND RECEIVED AS WELL, BY THE WAY, ALL OF OUR AIR MATTRESS' PLUG INTO THE WALL. WE ARE SORRY THAT OUR GUESTS FELT THIS WAY & WE WILL BE CHATTING WITH THEM TO SEE ABOUT HAVING THEM RETURN, WE TRY TO GO OUT OF OUR WAY FOR ALL OF OUR GUESTS FOR YEARS UPON YEARS & WE ARE EXTREMELY UPSET THAT THEY WROTE VRBO ABOUT US IN A NEGATIVE WAY AFTER ALL OF THE BACK & FOURTH COMMUNICATION ON SATURDAY.
