  We are very satisfied with our stay in Pompano Beach. The house was clean we appreciated the child toys aswell as the proximity to a beautiful park with free tennis and squash courts. It is in a quiet and calm neighbourhood. We are satisfied with the contact with the owner. We enjoyed the nice looking pool, although it was a bit too cold but the warm weather made up for it. We can definitely recommend the house to others.

  We like the stay very much, everything looks the same way we thought was going to be. we love the heated pool, and the house was very comfortable. We will reccomend this house for vacation to our friends from Brazil. We also liked the location. Was close to supermarket and the highway.Thanks for everything. Have fun on your stay!!!

  Can't say enough about this location. Everything was clean and more spacious than we even thought. All of the children's accessories were greatly appreciated and in GREAT shape. The pool was clean and warm, and the park was literally on the other side of the fence. DEFINITELY KID FRIENDLY! We were so happy with our choice and plan to travel here again next summer. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and we couldn't have asked for anything else. It rained A LOT while we were there and it didn't even matter because we had this great house to stay in with board games. Again so so happy and can't wait to go back!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  I can not say enough about how wonderful this house was! This was our first experience and we will definitely be doing it again. The house was all set for us when we got there. The directions were perfect and they were extremely accommodating. They had a crib for us as well as other children's accessories. It made traveling that much easier. KID FRIENDLY!!! The house was extremely clean and more spacious than we even thought. The pool was clean and nice and warm. The park was literally right on the other side of the fence and we were so happy to have it close. Unfortunately it rained A LOT while we were there and it didn't even matter because we had this great house with plenty of space and board games to play. We can't thank the owners enough and hope to return next summer.

  We stayed at this villa from 20th Feb - 1st March and really loved it. It's in a quiet, safe neighbourhood and not to far from some shops. The beach is about 10 minute drive which was great. The house itself has 3 nice sized double rooms which was perfect for our group. Its an open plan lounge, kitchen and sun room so feels spacious. The place was imaculate when we arrived and the pool cleaner came on day 2 which was reassuring. We were travelling with a 7 month baby, and this house was perfect for her as we found a car seat, bath, crib, tonnes of nappies, which came in handy. This place really felt like a home away from home, and the owners really try to make you feel as comfortable as possible, with inflatable li-lows to mess around with in the pool, and a beach bag filled with pool towels, a detailed folder with leaflets/guides, and lots of condiments, teabags etc in the cupboards which was a nice find. We had a really relaxing time and would definately recommend it!

  I went through a lot of VRBO listings trying to find one that was affordable AND available starting Dec. 31, and the owner actually short cut her own family's stay so we could arrive on that date. The house is very nicely kept up in a safe, quiet neighborhood that seems to have avoided too many foreclosures. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, a Florida room with two couches, and nice amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen tv, and kitchen cupboards full of useful pots/pans/utensils/tableware/glassware. I do wish the half bath was equipped with an exhaust fan. The tiled floors could be a little slippery when wet. In the back yard, which is adjacent to a quiet park, there is a swimming pool (although that was not heated as far as we could tell), and a grill, and comfy lounge chairs. It was perfect for just hanging around in the sunshine! It's within walking distance of a Publix Supermarket, so we were able to eat in a lot, and two miles from Pompano Beach, and really convenient for all the things to do if you head south into Fort Lauderdale and Miami. There was a little snafu with the door lock code when we arrived, but the owner answered my telephone call promptly and the crisis was averted. I also called the property manager with a question about the grill and she answered promptly as well. The only thing that needed updating was the written information about recycling (my sister lives five blocks away, so I was able to confirm that glass bottles can be recycled!) My husband and young adult children and I had a lovely time and I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives (who ought to go and visit their sister one of these days!)

  We loved staying at this house. It's clean, spacious, looks nice, has everything you need inside and a great backyard & pool. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a park behind the house with a trail and playground. It's easy to get everywhere incluing the beach. There's a Publix supermarket within walking distance which is handy. Also, Jack's Famous Hamburgers is down the street. Wi-fi is free and works well so bring your laptop. If you have kids there's some toys too! The owners are really friendly and easy going. We would recommend renting this house!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
