PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: 1,500 +/- square foot, three bedroom, two bathroom with sweeping 270 degree views of the Colorado/Mojave deserts, San Bernadino and San Jacinto Mountains. The home's end corner location within the development affords almost total privacy. It is filled with light from the numerous eight foot wide sliding glass doors and windows. There are two sun patios, mature citrus trees and two garden courts with a gas BBQ grill for outdoor living and entertaining year round. There is ample manicured green space all around. Swim in one of the Eight Temperature Controlled Swimming Pools conveniently located throughout the development. Play a match of Tennis then unwind in the large Spa at the Main Pool and Clubhouse.
DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS: This 1970's open plan features dramatic ceiling height changes and large expanses of glass. Bask in your sun-filled home. The furnishings are inviting, eclectic, stylish, and comfortable. They reflect a Mid-Century Modern aesthetic with a New Millennial sensibility. Enjoy entertaining with a 46' Sony Bravia Flat Screen Television w/DirectTV Choice XTRA package w/ HD DVR in Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom and Living Room with CD/DVD player. The open living/dining room has ten foot high ceilings. Relax in the comfortable seating which includes a chair and two large sofas that can double as secondary sleeping for two. The glass-topped dining table accommodates up to eight comfortably. Central Heat and Air with plenty of reversible ceiling fans assure year round comfort, too.
BEDROOMS: Dream away in the quiet of the Master Suite which features a Sealy California King sized bed, a 47' 1080P LCD flT screen televisoin, en-suite bathroom with sunken Roman tub, a separate dressing area includes a double vanity and walk-in closet. Fine cotton linens and lush towels are provided. The two additional guest bedrooms each have a Serta Queen sized bed, double closet, desk and dresser. The larger of the two offers a seating area. The roomy guest bath is just down the hall and is stacked with plenty of luxuriously soft cotton towels, too.
KITCHEN: The cook's kitchen has a beautiful new decorator Kohler Cast Iron sink with clean white Corian countertiops. It is loaded with gadgets and casual service for twelve+ FiestaWare in gay colors and formal Mikasa service for eight. You will also find a great stock of outdoor/pool friendly acrylic serveware, and plenty of stemware and glassware for the fully equipped Wet Bar. You might enjoy coffee in the sunny breakfast nook and find the pantry conveniently located adjacent. It also comes equipped with new appliances; glass cooktop, self cleaning oven, built-in microwave/venthood, and bottom freezer refrigerator. There is a dishwasher, toaster, toaster-oven, coffee grinder/maker and ice maker. We didn't forget the Blender!
PARKING: Discreetly and safely drive into your private garage with remote control door. It includes a laundry center with an ironing board, sorting countertop and a new frontload, extra large capacity washer and dryer.
You can also park in the shade under the private attached carport and your guests will find the additional front driveway provides convenient private parking.

We rented this property for 3 months, January to April 2013. It is a lovely, clean, and spacious condo with all the comforts to make your stay enjoyable. The photos and descriptions truly reflect all the available amenities. The only drawback is the Internet service. If you want to Video Skype with friends and family during your stay you may have to pay for extra usage. The Fairways complex was quiet and well maintained with lemon, orange,and grapefruit trees available for picking during our stay. The area is well located near a variety of grocery stores and good biking trails. The Property Manager was very helpful and responded quickly to any of our enquiries and concerns. We would highly recommend this property and truly enjoyed our 3 month stay in Palm Springs.

For a condo, this is about as spacious, private, and comfortable as you could get. We usually rent houses but this time we chose the condo since we had a toddler with us, and a private pool would have been dangerous. There is a pool very close but it was closed, however there are others not too far away. The condo is very clean, well maintained, well stocked, and convenient to shopping. You can't walk to it, but it's very close. The property manager is wonderful and will act cheerfully and quickly to solve any problem you might have. We really liked him. The only down side would be the Verizon wireless contract the owner has. It really limits your computer usage unless you are willing to pay extra. We wanted to watch movies on our computers but didn't want to run up the cost ($20 extra per gigabite and that makes for an expensive movie). The TVs are nice but there are only basic cable channels. Since we had a toddler we stayed home at night and would have enjoyed watching a commercial free movie since the owner doesn't want you to use pay-per-view. This needs amending. There is light in the condo, but it's like every other house in the desert, cool inside and not what I would call light-filled. I like lots of light but I guess that would be a problem here in summer. We have stayed in several rental houses here in PS and none of them are truly light-filled, even the largest and most expensive of them. That said, we highly recommend this house. It was just about perfect for our needs and we would surely rent it again.

Manager response: Thanks for your nice review. We apologize for the miscommunication about pay-per-view and fees. Guests are free to order anything through the DirecTV and watch on any of the Big Flat screens. We generally "overlook" an occasional charge for a movie or two, but reserve the right to charge-back excessive fees, say a Big Boxing Match or Concert. We have never charged a guest for excess internet usage but like to be up front that certain data streaming (Videos, Skype to Skype etc) use more and we are on a limited data plan. We can always negotiate for more monthly data usage if a guest thinks they need it. Almost all of our guests have not even come close to using the monthly allotment. Our provider charges $10 a gigabyte and in the event someone were to greatly exceed the allotment we pass those direct charges on, without any additional costs added. Again, our apologies. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

We rented this property for a month in March-April, 2012 and recommend it highly. A lovely corner unit, three bedrooms, all on one level with three different patios. Beautifully furnished with a huge living room and comfortable, large bedrooms. The unit has complete privacy with a side yard that become a second home for our grandson and his wading pool. What impressed us were the extras: golf clubs, tennis racquets, loads of pool equiptment, lots of towels, spices supplied in the kitchen, a terrific barbeque setup, even a bottle of champagne for our arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with loads of dishes, glassware and table settings for a dozen people. We had several guests visit for dinners and everyone remarked on the quality of the unit. What really makes this work is the property manager Rhenton Aames. He is a delight to deal with and ensured we had everything we needed all the time. For example, when we had a brief plumbing issue he had workers there to fix things almost immediately, he would send emails listing different activities in the Palm Springs area. Having a local contact like him is invaluable in so many ways. The Fairways complex is older but very nice. It is right across the street from the Tahquitz Creek Golf course which has some incredible deals. Upgraded tennis courts and lots of pools along with a great late night hot tub experience. The fruit trees are a big hit with the largest grapefruits and lemons we have ever seen. Especially useful when combined with the blender at cocktail hour. Our best recommendation is we plan to return next year to the same place.

My husband and I stayed in this very conveniently located Fairways townhouse for 10 days - 5 of which our son, his wife and two children joined us. It was an absolutely wonderful stay. The updated villa is very large, tastefully appointed and offers numerous bonus amenities. The beds and bedding are the best and super comfortable. The nearest heated pool to us was just a few steps away and very clean. The location is just a few minutes away from the airport, food and general shopping. The property manager was very attentive and made us feel very welcomed. We would certainly stay here again! MG November 2011

The Fairways (and this very end corner unit) is EXTREMELY private/secure and yet conveniently located. The views are remarkable. The Palm Springs International Airport is less than five minutes away. The grounds are meticulously maintained year-round and have mature citrus trees of all varieties. The neighbors are very friendly. Plus, this '70's open plan has dramatic ceiling height changes with extra wide sliding glass doors and windows feels MUCH more spacious than the newer condo developments in Palm Springs.
