Beautiful condo! Fully equipped and very clean! Would definitely stay in this unit again and would recommend it to others! My husband and I stayed here for the whole month of January, and loved it! The first time we walked in and saw the view from the living room was awesome! You can check out the pool below, but the beach & turquoise water is what draws your attention. During January, you usually have the beach to yourself and it is nice to be able to just walk out, and not have to drive anywhere. If you are a Snowbird, the condo has lots of activities planned, from Pot Lucks to Euchre, but no pressure to join anything. The people here are friendly, helpful, and from all over the States & Canada. Pier Park being just across the street was great. Lots of shopping, eating, drinking, movies and did I mention shopping, lol?? The owners were great to work with, cannot thank them enough for this great condo! Hopefully we will get to return. Don't hesitate, would you rather shovel snow or shovel sand??Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

I had not been to Panama City Beach in 15 years and had never rented a condo from an owner. Both turned out to be great!! The condo is even better than the pictures! The sunrises and sunsets were great from the balcony! Plus the location cannot be beat!! We had a group of 2 adults and 3 eighteen year old girls which stayed at this condo in July 2011. The bunks and hid-a-bed were perfect for the teenagers, and having the 2nd full bathroom was a must with all these girls. The condo is decorated very tastefully and had all we could have needed. Also having the beach chairs and unbrella available was great! This kept us from having to pack our own. Being within walking distance to Pier Park was icing on the cake! Will be contacting Denise again for our next visit.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

About the owner: We are Denise, Rex & Kelly from Birmingham, AL. We love spending our holidays here and have several condos. After 20 years of vacationing in Panama City Beach, it is still by far our favorite destination. We want to make you as comfortable as we like to be on our family vacations!

Pier Park! You never have to get back in your car! Walk across the street to enjoy great food, shopping and entertainment WITHOUT having to drive in beach traffic! If your party wants to split up - no worries - anyone can just walk back across the street to the condo whenever they want to. And, when I'm ready to hit Margaritaville in time to catch the sunset, I can tell the slowpokes to walk over when they are ready. The new international airport is a short drive. By car, FL-79 is a fast route to Calypso. And the new pier is right next door. Calypso W-607 is THE perfect location.
