This was a fabulous vacation home! Everything you could possible want was provided. The house was clena and extremetly well stocked! The location near the beach was ideal, and the beautifuly landscaped backyard was just perfect! Everyone in our family of 10 was comfortable and we all enoyed our week so very much. The owner was lovely to work with. We highly reccommend this home, but don't take it on the week we want to come back!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
Owner response: I'm so glad you had a good time, thank you for the kind words and please come back whenever you can.

We arrived at the home to find a very welcome clean comfortable home with all the amenities you might need. The home is close to the port and a private beach area for the local neighborhood. Not to mention the landlord was great to work with and even purchased pack and plays for our two babies. She did not have to provide the baby beds bud did so on her own dime (hard to travel thru the airport with pack and plays). I hope we get to come back soon! I strongly recommend this property if you are looking for a home in this area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
Owner response: I am glad you had a great time, and I know how hard it is to travel with children much less trying to bring a pack n play so your welcome and please come again.

This is a beautiful house on a quiet street, a short one minute walk to a quiet, private beach, and a nice 15 minute walk to town. We stayed here in mid-September and could not have been happier with our vacation - owing in large part to how easy the owner was to work with and how wonderful this home is. Parents, grandma and our 15 month old toddler were all quite pleased! Highly recommend this property/owner!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

I would never have known this was a rental property - as it was more like visiting someone's home. It had every amenity we could imagine - the kids were as comfortable as the adults. We had been scheduled to arrive at the sometime as Irene - the owner was flexible and very responsive - we had a fantastic time and cannot wait to go back !!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Our first family visit to Cape Cod was that much better given this wonderful home. The location couldn't be better - a short walk to the beautiful beach and close to Main Street Hyannis and the harbor. Our family of five was extremely comfortable in this spacious, lovely home. When you have three children, each having their own bedroom was an extra bonus. The home was spotless and well furnished. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend this home, particularly for a family We took several excursions each day and, being located in Hyannis, it was the perfect central starting point. A highlight for our stay was the Seashore, Seal and Lighthouse tour provided by Cape Cod Scenic Tours. This was, by far, the best tour we've ever taken as a family. I would highly recommend this for first-time visitors to Cape Cod. The tour guides/owners are delightful and extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Another highlight was Art's Dune tours in Provincetown. Overall, a wonderful family vacation with excellent accommodations.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
Owner response: I am so glad you had a great visit, the Cape offers so many sights and seeing it the way you did was perfect! I too suggest trying Cape Scenic Tours and Art's Dune to anyone that comes to visit. Please come and see us again and thank you for taking the time to let me know that your visit was a succcess. This was a perfect location for our vacation with our extended family. The home was extremely comfortable even with nine adults and three infants and in a lovely location. We had a short walk to the beach as well as being within walking distance to the harbor and Main St. which has a number of shops and restaurants. The street is quiet and great for families with children. Because Hyannis is centrally located, it's a great starting point to visit anywhere on the cape. Our children enjoyed biking on the rail trail, kayaking on Bass River and sailing on a schooner out of Falmouth. We even took a drive to Truro Winery and Provincetown. I would highly recommend this location.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.
