Just two hours north of Boston in the heart of the White Mountains, Deer Park is set on 65 acres, including a private spring-fed 5 acre lake and beach. The resort is located only minutes from many popular area attractions. On-site at the resort is a state-of-the-art Recreation Center which includes a 1500 sq. ft. indoor pool, Jacuzzi, saunas, fitness room, racquetball courts, video arcade, game room and a great room - all complimentary! No additional entrance fee or per day usage fee you see at other resorts. Also on site are tennis courts, jogging trails, a basketball court, and volleyball facilities.
In winter, Deer Park is an ideal spot with Loon Mountain just a FREE short shuttle bus ride away and for skaters, an outdoor rink is on-site! Cannon Mountain, Waterville Valley and Bretton Woods are a short car ride away. You can also enjoy cross-country skiing or just relaxing in front of the fireplace. For summer fun, Story Land, Santa's Village, Clark's Trading Post, The Whales Tale, The Flume, and The Lost River are nearby. Or, just take a dip in the private lake. Enter into your home away from home. Our fully-equipped, three bedroom, 1600+ square foot end-unit offers an open floor plan with cathedral ceiling living room, a wood burning fireplace and a 40" flat screen TV. The dining area can accommodate 8 and 4 more can be seated at the breakfast bar. The second floor master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private master bath and breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. An additional bedroom on the second floor has bunk beds and full-size bed with a private bath. The third bedroom is located on the first floor and has twin beds and a bathroom. Each bedroom has its own television set. The unit is tastefully decorated and very comfortable throughout. There are plenty of games and puzzles to keep the children busy and even a Play Station 2 in the upstairs bunk bedroom which will allow the adults time to relax in front of the fire or on the deck.
And let's talk about location! The unit is perfectly situated in the resort and conveniently located yards away from the Recreation Center and lake. A short walk from our deck equipped with a gas grill for your exclusive use and you are swimming or playing in seconds. That's right...no waiting at the common areas for the charcoal grills or the gas grill at the Recreation Center. You can cook whenever YOUR schedule permits. The Recreation Center offers a large collection of recently released videos for you to rent or to watch in the great room. The towns of Lincoln and Woodstock are located within a short walking distance from Deer Park. In both towns you will find plenty of shopping and dining opportunities. There is no better place to stay in the area and more importantly, no better unit to stay in within Deer Park! This unit has EVERYTHING ! The views are amazing; the bedrooms are large and everything is immaculate. The owners have provided everything you'll need for a great vacation. We had a great week, condo had everything we needed, clean and we felt @ home right away. I would definitely recommend this condo. Location was perfect, close to everything. The kids had a blast @ the rec center. Skiing was awesome, can't wait to come back.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Very comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. The owners were great to work with and responded immediately to a question I had during our stay. Nice recreation area very close to condo. Reasonably priced. I would return in future!Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

My family has stayed in the Lincoln area many times & this is our favorite place. The Deer Park complex is conveniently located and close to many attractions. The complex features a nice ~ 1 mile loop for walkers / runners and bikes. There is a river that borders the property and a lake for summertime fun. We found the Deer Park facilities clean and nicely kept. The townhouse itself is spacious and very clean. The location of the unit in the complex was especially nice as we were in view of the tennis courts, basketball courts, and the main building. Most Importantly - The owners are extremely nice and very easy to communicate with. We will be calling again shortly. We had stayed at Deer Park before many years ago and this past week was simply wonderful. The Townhome was perfect in every way and the pictures don't really do the unit justice. North Woodstock and Lincoln are a nice walk for shopping and dining. There is plenty to do in the park and it was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a very long time. The weather was awesome. It is close to everything in the North Woodstock and Lincoln area. We highly recommend this rental to anyone.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We have stayed at many condos in the Loon Mtn area and found this one to be especially nice. This condo is very clean, updated, and offers all the comforts of home. The beds are very comfortable and the wood burning fireplace is a treat after a long day of skiing. The owners, Mary and Jack, are a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this condo. What a wonderful ski vacation! Perfect home away from home. The bedrooms and baths were very spacious. The whole condo was immaculate. We especially loved the complimentary shuttle bus to and from Loon mountain that drops you off right in front of the unit. Less than 2 min walk to the rec. center to go for a swim, play pool, table tennis or raquet ball. Woodstock Inn and Truants Tavern less than 5 min drive. Such a wonderful vacation, can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have been renting at Loon for years and this is by far the best place. It is cozy and warm and has everything you could possibly need. It is so close to the pool and the skating rink and the mountain bus picks you up right at the door. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy and wonderful place to stay in the Loon area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
