  My wife and I took our grandchildren to the gulf for spring break, The condowas very clean and had a well equiped kitchen. The view of the gulf was great from the balcony and a great place to drink your coffee in the mornings. We had a wonderful time and will be back again soon..

  We stayed 6 weeks at this condo and had a wonderful time as we saw dolphins almost everyday from a perfect view on our deck, and unit was furnished with almost everything we needed. Complex is close to everything from grocery stores to restaurants and everything in between. Also our little dog was very happy as she got to go along. We liked our stay so much we already have it booked for next year. Thanks Jo for your help and making booking so easy.

  This is a nice visit and overall we enjoyed our stay. We found the unit clean and adaquately furnished. The main BR is on the front, so one can hear the waves and breaking surf sounds thouughout the night. Really enjoyed the large balcony, it can be used to catch the sun or sit back in the shade. There are tile floors thuoughout, and the kitchen is adaquately stocked. The stove and microwave are a bit dated, but functional. The only negative worth mentioning is the vacuum. It is an older vacuum and sand has jammed the height adjustment so that it will no longer lower to vaccum up sand. To get sand up the unit must be manually swept, which can be done in 5 or 10 minutes. Still, we had a very pleasant time and the unit comfrotably accomodated visiting family with kids. We are grateful to the owners for making this unit accepting of small pets.

  Great condo! Really enjoyed our stay and would love to return! Big balcony with wonderful views and plexiglas was great in the winter and for our dog. Near shopping and restaurants was a plus!! Thanks so much for shareing your condo.

  Very nice condo, excellent location. This is our second year to stay and we are always pleased! Very nice people to work with and they are always available. Highly recommended.

  Listing photos accurate along with description. Property clean and well-maintained. Owner very helpful in facilitating check-in etc. and available if needed. She was not needed because her information prior to arrival was very thorough and helpful. Highly recommend property to a friend/relative. Food at "Flippers" was great. Food at Baumgarden a big disappointment - quite overated.. Burger at Flippers was better, but all food there outstanding. General location of property was great! Stores right across the street which had anything needed!

  Love this pet friendly condo. Neat and well decor! Have stayed twice and will be back again! Jo even sent me a warning of the TS Debby coming and that rip currents were bad at the beach. We had a blast anyway just cooled down for a few days but no rain! Tues or Wed go see the Blue Angels!

  Nice, neat and clean oceanfront condo. Nicely decorated and well appointed with 3 TV's, one a plasma flat screen. Kitchen had everything you'd need and then some. Smelled fresh and furniture and linens were clean and in good condition. Pool and rest of property was neat, clean and in good shape. Very convenient to supermarkets, restaurants, and Orange Beach Waterfront dog park. Beach was beautiful.

  Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation in Orange Beach! The condo was well-decorated, very clean and well-maintained, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The listing was completely accurate and reflected the appearance and amenities of the property. We were able to prepare and enjoy our Thanksgiving meal while looking out over the ocean. It was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations our family has had. The owners were great to work with and made our vacation planning very easy and worry free. We would definitely recommend this property to others, and we plan to rent it again the next time we visit the area.
