Beautiful views, uncrowded beaches, soft white sand, great dining, and recreation galore are only some of the amenities Anna Maria Island offers. Our townhouse style condominium is 125 steps to the beach and only a few blocks to shopping, and dining.

This Non-Smoking accommodation includes all new appliances, furniture and carpeting. There are three balconies with the upper balcony off the master bedroom affording a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a small complex of four units with privacy and quiet a priority for many. The large heated pool is a real plus with children. The entire townhouse has been completely renovated and is beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean tropical theme.

Almost any type of recreation is nearby and in many cases walking distance. Parasailing and jet-skiing are popular. Boats of all sizes can be rented from pontoon (party) boats to large deep sea fishing boats. Bird watching, photography, swimming, scuba diving and biking around the island are great activities while vacationing on Anna Maria.

Nearby Tampa and Sarasota offer big city attractions. Sarasota is only twenty minutes via Longboat Key (our neighbor) as well as Siesta key and St.Armands circle. The Florida Aquarium and Bush Gardens in Tampa and the Ringling Museum and Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in Sarasota are a few of many attractions to keep you occupied during your stay. Major airports are located in both cities.
