  We have come here each year for the past 2 years and plan to return again. It is a wonderful location, is an easy walk to the beach, and has a huge beachfront when you arrive. The neighborhood is quiet. What we like the most is that the home is equipped with something for everyone in the family....music for the adults, games for all (including cards), DVD, cable, movies, puzzles. There is something for everyone to do....from the 5 year old twins to the 19 y/o teenagers...we will surely return! Great sleep accommodations! This place has it all and it's highly affordable too!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Dear Joe and Sarah, thanl you for maintaining a lovely beach house! We especially enjoyed the screened- in porch- it was perfect for enjoying the beautiful, breezy nights. South Bethany is quite a gem. We cannot wait to come back! PS. Charlotte thanks you for the kid stuff :)

  We had a lovely stay in your home this past week. Thank you. Your home is comfortable and our family was able to relax and enjoy one another. We like the location of your home as well. It is quiet here, yet close enough to conveniences. The ocean was glorious and the sand in our toes divine. Thank you for your warmth through our many emails. This has been a lovely vacation and a blessing to our family.

  Thank you for a wonderful week at your beach house. We all enjoyed the ocean waves very much! Other than having to leave a day early due to Hurricane Irene our family had a wonderful time!

  Our families truly enjoyed your lovely beach home. The first 2 weeks we had our kids and 4 grandkids. They loved the ocean and jumping over the waves. Saw the dolphins. The last week was R&R for the adults. Weather was hot, thank goodness for cool ocean breezes. Look forward to next year- thank you for a wonderful stay at your beach home.
