Our unit is in the original development at PGA Village. You can't stay closer to the action! Walk to the practice tee, 6-hole par 3 course. This first floor, end unit features ALL NEW furniture, appliances and house wares.
The Golf Villa getaway is a two-bedroom condominium. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed. The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds and the living room couch folds out into a queen bed. The Master Bedroom Bath features two sinks, a walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi tub. The Guest Bedroom has its own private bathroom. (Call me about renting just the Guest Bedroom. This would be like staying in a hotel room.)
The PGA Village complex includes the 35-acre PGA Center for Golf Learning and Performance Golf Instruction and three 18-hole courses: The Ryder, The Wanamaker and The Dye Courses. The PGA Historical Center housed the actual Ryder Cup until recently when it moved to Europe on a temporary basis.
Mets Stadium Spring Training and Minor League Baseball is only 2 miles away.

Many thanks to Mark (Landlord) for allowing me the opportunity to rent his condo during the summer of 2011. I'm in the middle of my 6 month stay and I've had no problems whatsoever. Mark has been more than accommodating with the logistics of my stay (access and directions to the condo, payment arrangements and timely answering of questions that I've had about anything else along the way). The condo itself is obviously well cared for fully stocked with everything that I've needed. It is close to the highway for easy access to attractions to North or South and it's a straight forward drive to the beaches about 30 minutes away. I have been very pleased with my stay and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We live in Denver, Colorado. If we could, we would spend long weekends, etc. in this relaxing haven, it is just too far away. We are not really trying to make money on this rental, we are interested in renters who will treat the unit gently and enjoy the ambience like we do.
Why the Owner Chose Port St. Lucie:
We've been visiting Vero Beach since the 1970's but this place has GREAT GOLF!

My wife and I have made friends at the PGA Training Center including a top 100 golf instructor. If you haven't tried it, this is really good for your game.
