About the owner: i am an avid golfer-loved visiting my mom when she wintered here prior to her passing. unfortunately, my husband and i are still working so we cannot spend more than 2 weeks at a time at fiddlesticks. our dream is to make this condo our winter home, but until that time we rent it during Jan-April so we can hold onto this gem.
Why the Owner Chose Fiddlesticks Country Club:
i inherited this beautiful property from my mother who use to winter at fiddlesticks. unfortunately, my husband and i are still working so we cannot use the condo for more than 2 weeks at a time. we would eventually like it to be our winter condo, thus rental income helps us maintain ownership of the condo
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
we are avid golfers and love the 2 golf courses. the condo area pool is only 50 ft from our condo, and the new fitness center is only a 3 minute walk, and the clubhouse is just as close. the beaches are only a 15 minute drive. The staff and year round residents are very friendly. we can be as busy as we want or we can relax in peace if we feel so.
