Our condo is located in the heart of Summit County with views of Lake Dillon and Keystone Ski Resort from the balcony. We are right next to the ski route which offers a free shuttle to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin and just a short drive to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Loveland. There are trail heads within walking distance with one just across the street offering hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. We are also just minutes away from outlet shopping and great restaurants.
This partially renovated condo has new paint, flooring and a beautiful fireplace and contains everything you'll need from your home away from home. We have a new flat screen TV, DVD player, wood burning fireplace, games, books and DVDs for the whole family and a bistro setting on the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and crockpot.
The new multi-million club house has an indoor heated pool, Three hot tubs, hot sauna, fitness room, racquet ball courts, grills, tennis courts, game room wireless internet and laundry facility.

This is a No Smoking unit and no pets are allowed. Check in time is 4pm, check out time is 10 am in order to clean and launder linens.
A $200 refundable security deposit is required. It is returned within 24-48 hours after cleaning.
Payments accepted via PayPal . Reservation CONFIRMED when payment received. Cancellation policy: 6 weeks in advance - 100%, 4 weeks in advance 50%, 2 weeks in advance 25%.
Minimum age to reserve is 21.
NOTE: Minimum stay two nights, Three nights during Holiday Season. Mid-week special: Stay three nights, get the fourth free (excluding Holiday Season).

We stay at this condo for week and had a great time.Condo had everything what we needed.Very spacious and cozy.It felt like there was nobody else in the building,so quiet.Place was clean and welcoming.Club house was the best.Great after all day skiing,the water in the pool had tub temperature and that was just pure awesome,specially for kids.We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.We are planning to come back in summer again for some mountain biking.Thank you Jake and HeatherRecommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.
