  This vacation rental is less than a mile from where I used to live in Scottsdale. That's one of the reasons we chose the unit for our stay; I knew it was a nice area with several amenities nearby. The condo was fabulous, with all furnishings in excellent condition. The unit was also in a great location within the complex, right next to the pool (terrific view from the upper level). The bike path and Lake Marguerite are a short walk from the unit and easily accessible. Several restaurants are within walking distance of the unit, including Butters and the Village Coffee Roastery (for breakfast), Chipotle and Jimmy John's (for lunch or a quick bite to eat), and Zipps (lunch/dinner and for watching ballgames, if you're into sports). Also recommend the UltraStar Theatres in the Pavilions shopping center, about two miles away. One of the 10 screens within the theater is the "Star Class" level, with large, recliner-like seats. You can order food/drink from your seat (including sandwiches, beer and wine) and the server brings it to you. No need to go out in the lobby, stand in line and miss part of your movie. Star Level costs only a few dollars more than a regular movie and is definitely worth it. Also, for anyone interested in a stay during the warmer parts of the year (April/May/September), the air-conditioning in the unit works very well. The high temperatures during our recent visit hovered in the mid-90s; in the dry desert air, that's actually not bad. While hot in the middle of the day, the mornings and evenings are quite pleasant. We loved being back in Scottsdale and intend to stay at this unit again. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in a visit to the area.

  We were 2 couples, the men played golf and the women relaxed by the wonderful pool, walked the surroundings, went to a local spa. What a great place to stay. The acommendations were great. We love having the 2 master bedrooms, and the ability to eat in when we wanted. Having the pool right out side of the door was just like having a private pool. We will be returning in the future.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

  We stayed in this lovely townhome for a week in April and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were both very helpful, making the rental process quite effortless. We very much appreciated all their advice and information, not only about their unit but about the neighbourhood and surrounding area as well. We travelled with another couple and this townhome was perfect for us. It was spacious, well-appointed and clean. We especially liked that each of the two large bedrooms had an attached bathroom with showers. The kitchen was well-equipped and although there was ample seating in the kitchen and dining room, we ate all our meals on the outside patio. The furniture on the patio was very comfortable, affording us many hours of relaxation and opportunities to meet some of our neighbours. The other owners and tenants in the complex were friendly and we enjoyed getting to know some of them. The unit is very close to the pool which was well-maintained and we enjoyed spending time there as well. We found the location of Lakeside Villas to be excellent and convenient to shopping, restaurants and numerous golf courses. We could stroll along the lake to local restaurants and pubs. We especially enjoyed the lake view patio at Busters. The path adjacent to the complex makes for a spectacular bike ride along the lakes, golf courses and green spaces, all the way in to Old Town. We would definitely stay here again.

  The villa and surrounding property are well kept. Camelback Trail is a few steps away with the lake and wildlife. Jim was a great help and we really appreciated the welcome call and all the suggestions for enjoying the area. Close to restaurants and shopping. Look forward to visiting again.

  Even better in person. What can we say except location, location, location! Perfect vacation get away! Beautiful grounds and walking paths:)

  Everything was exactly as pictured. Great kitchen, living space and bedroom suites. Very clean and comfortable. The pool is litterally steps from the patio. We loved that the condo is situated very near the entrance to the complex, made for very easy access. The location is great, quite near the 101 loop and very accessible to shopping, within walking distance to several restaurants. We had a Zipps burger, and mexican at the Spotted Donkey. Truly enjoyed our stay and visiting family in AZ. We would definitely recommend your Condo to friends and would love to return again ourselves soon. Thanks so much for everything.
