  When we arrived to the townhouse we were amazed how perfectly clean and comfortable this place is! It looked like it was a model home :-) The owner is lovely and she provided all we needed. The furniture is great and we truly enjoyed the patio with a grill. Location is excellent 2 minutes from the most beautiful beach on Maui :-) Close to all

  This unit did not disappoint us again. When considering where to stay this year we couldn't get past how much we enjoyed this condo last year. Large and bright, it's a great place to relax when you just have to get out of the sun. And when you do go to the beach everything is there waiting for you in the garage to make it as easy as it could be. Loved walking every morning thru Kapalua, the Coastal Trail and up the Lake Loop trail. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook as much, or as little, as you want. Hope to be back next year!

  We had a wonderful vacation in Maui staying at this very accomadating condo. The property was clean and comfortable. Ryka was extremely helpful from the beginning, providing recommendations for the area as well as providing extra mattresses for our youngest children. The location is amazing with beautiful sunsets just minutes from your door. We especially enjoyed the porch area with full size table and brand new grill. The master bed was extremely comfortable. All beach supplies: towels, buckets, chairs, boogie boards... were all provided and greatly appreciated!

  This was the perfect place. The condo was contemporary and clean. Loved the location. Close to the beach and perfect for a run. Great for a family of 5 (including a 7 yr old, 19 yr old and Father-in-Law). Well equipped. Loved that it had snorkeling gear, sand toys, and boogie boards. Also loved the little things like laundry baskets in each room. Oh....the little things. Would definitely recommend this condo.

  This was our first time staying in Napili and I was struck by what a friendly, close knit community it seemed to be. We were surprised at how much activity there was in the area - Napili is a bustling place. We were only there for a few days and did not get to take advantage of everything there was to offer but there are beautiful beaches, snorkeling equipment rental, golf, horseback riding all nearby (some within walking distance). The Sea House restaurant across the street had a beautiful beachfront view and was a good choice for breakfast or happy hour. Ryka, the condo owner was personable and responsive to all of our inquiries. The condo had everything we needed. It was spacious. Though we were not a large group I could see it easily being roomy enough for 6 people. It is a 2 story condo so good for privacy but not good if stairs are an issue (not an issue for us). The beds and living room sofa were comfortable. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well equipped. There was a nice little private backyard lanai with a table and chairs and bbq but we did not use it - spent our outdoor time at the beach across the street. The beach equipment at this condo was good quality and in good shape. The internet access was good and there was cable tv and Netflix. We did not have good cell phone reception in the condo but just outside was fine (maybe could be different with other providers?).

  Hello from cold wintery Northern Alberta, and how I can't wait till we return to Paradise!! We rented this unit and the one next to it for my Mom's 70th birthday and it was perfect!! The pictures you see are exactly what you get. This unit is very clean and well stocked we did not want for anything lots of beach chairs, towels and water toys . Since we were such a large group we did not eat out very much and did most of our cooking at the unit, the BBQ and back yard were our favorite evening gathering area. This location was perfect for us as it is just a short walk to the beach it was great if someone had too much sun, need some lunch, or forgot something its a quick walk back. If you are a avid golfer, walker, or runner this location is also perfect as you are close to everything and you will be in awe of the beautiful sites. I have recommended this unit to my family and friends and will continue to do so, you will not be disappointed. Ryka is a sweetheart to deal with she met us at the unit and went over everything with us, the next day she called to make sure we were all comfortable and if we needed anything just to call. Thank you Ryka for sharing your paradise with us. We look forward to our return. Mahalo!!!

  We had a great time. We had everything we needed and having the beach so close was amazing. House was perfect for a family or 3 couples. Would definitely stay there again!

  We truly enjoyed spending 10 days on maui. We have been to Maui several times and now have a new favorite beach....Napili. There was great restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the gazebo for breakfast and the seahouse had great appetizers and drinks. The snorkeling was superb. Turtles, eagle rays, and whales were seen right in the bay across from the condo. We enjoyed all aspects of this property and location. The house has everything you might need from a well equipped kitched to a propane grill on the lovely covered patio. The condo was roomy for the 6 of us. The owner was very accomadating. If anything was needed she was a phone call away and there within minutes. She even met us at the house and walked us to the beach at practically midnight for our late arrival to Maui. Kudos to the owner. We loved our vacation in paradise and hope we can be back soon:)

  This condo was EXACTLY as it was advertised! Perfect location and VERY comfortable, clean and had all the modern amenities! and had any and everything you would need for the perfect vacation! Ryka was so gracious and accommodating for us too! We will definitely use it again! The kids loved the closeness of the beach and the guys played on the golf courses that were right there. There were wonderful restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and grocery stores just right there! Couldn't get any better!!

  We took our family to Hawaii this year for the Chstmas holidays and stayed at the Napili Gardens which is a great place to stay. The place was very clean and the bedrooms are very large and comfortable beds. Very private and great location and close to everything. We all enjoyed ourselves and if ever come back to this location would likely stay there again
