This contemporary condo has 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds and one day bed with twin mattress below. There is also an inflatable bed available in the unit for use in the third bedroom. There are two bathrooms - a deluxe ensuite with a double sink and custom tiled shower off of the master and a second bath that has double access (one door off of second king bedroom, one door off of hallway) with full tub/tiled surround. The living room and dining room are accented by modern furniture and a stone feature wall. The kitchen has modern shaker style expresso cabinets with granite tops and new appliances. All cookware is included. A Desktop computer with wireless high speed internet and HDTV included as well as a desk located in the third bedroom. There are two community pools two doors away and several others within a block. This condo is available for long or short term rental and rates are adjusted accordingly.

I have rented each winter for the past 5 years. This is my first but hopefully not my last at this condo. Everything was in perfect order upon my arrival and clean as my own home. I would highly recommend a stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities.

Excellent accommodation in a fantastic setting. The unit has been totally refurbished with high quality finishes and the setting backing onto the golf course is awesome. All amenities in the unit are top-of-the-line. The security of the development, the community pools, the quality golf courses in the immediate area, and fine dining and shopping nearby make this a perfect place for a holiday getaway. The property is exceptionally well managed with the local contact very easy going and very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.
