We just spent a wonderful week at this rental and could not ask for more. Everything was just as pictured, very clean and comfortable. The owners have everything covered that you could possibly need or want. Our only complaint was that 1 week just went much too fast, and we really did not want to leave. We would love to return here again, and will highly recommend this fabulous home away from home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We recently stayed at this property without two middle aged kids. The home was perfect, very clean, updated recently and tastefully decorated with excellent furnishings and style. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the private pool daily and we enjoyed some family time in the pool side spa. The location is close to Ft Myers and central to places from St Pete's to Naples. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking in this area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers.

You can’t go wrong with Mike and Kim’s “Oasis Del Cabo” home for a great vacation. It is a professionally renovated, very well kept home, with lots of room and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and spa are enclosed in a screened in lanai, which is where we had almost all our meals. The pool and spa are comfortably warm and have ever changing light colors at night. The grounds were extremely well maintained and the neighbourhood was very quiet and safe as well. It is in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and the area’s tourist attractions. We docked our rental boat (Cape Coral Boats) right at the home's canal frontage dock. It is a couple of minutes to open water. All of its features are accurately described in the listing. The owners are extremely helpful and personable. We got together with family and stayed for two weeks. It was a very relaxing place and we definitely recommend this home. We wished we could have stayed longer so while writing this review I sent a request to rent this home again for a month next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This vacation was a simple one...we wanted a nice house to hang out at by the pool, grill some good food and enjoy some refreshments in the sun without the hustle and bustle of a resort. This house was perfect for that. Nicer than a resort with your own everything! The owners were awesome and very helpful. The neighborhood was very nice and in a perfect location convenient to everything! Loved it so much we tried booking it for a week for the following month but they were full already! When we come back to FL, this will be the first place I check for availability!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We had an excellent time. The home was wonderfully furnished and supplied everything you would want being away from home. Everything was very clean and tastfully furnished. The listing photos were great. We found it to be even better then our expectations. We really hated to leave, it felt as though we were leaving home. We would certainly recommend this to our family & friends. We hope to come back again ourselves.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed here an absolutely LOVED IT! It was BEAUTIFUL! We chose this property based on the online photos and description. I can assure you that everything was accurately represented, it was even better than expected. Very nicely decorated and well equipped. The furnishings are very comfortable and the decor is beautiful, relaxing and very inviting! Home is very clean and well-maintained. This was our first trip to Florida, and it was a great central location, close to shopping malls and the outlets, groceries, restaurants and the Fort Myers Airport. Also has great access to the Gulf of Mexico. We relaxed in the lanai, which is also nicely furnished, and VERY relaxing, we spent time Bar-B-Queing and lounging by the pool. We toured around on some of the days; went to Sanibel, Captiva and even went The Florida Keys and Miami! We even got to enjoy the best avocado off the avocado tree right in the back yard! The owners Kim & Mike were very friendly and accommodating and they were available to answer all of our questions before and during our stay. Thanks for opening up your lovely home to us! We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return and stay here. Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Southeast:
Our extended family has been vacationing in this area for over ten years. Given the central location of Cape Coral, we purchased this property in 2010 to eventually retire to and use as a vacation property for our family. We enjoy basing our Florida vacations from Cape Coral, with short trips to Disneyworld, Busch Gardens, the Everglades and Sanibel Island. We also take inexpensive cruises from the ports of Fort Lauderdale and Miami touring the Caribbean and Mexico. It truly offers something for all ages.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We fell in love with the area of Palaco Grande and this home, with the gorgeous outdoor lanai for adult relaxation and recreation for the many children in our family which range from 3 months to 13 years old. The pool and deck area is one of the nicest we have seen with mosaic tile, a waterfall from the spa to pool and the lights which color the pool at night. The indoors offer a comfortable layout with views to the pool and the canal and room to spend time with our extended family in comfort. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
