I love this new, large, top floor studio loft at the Peloton. It is 914 square feet, open, inviting and cozy. You are greeted in the entry by walnut wood floors and expansive views of the mountains and plains from one wall of windows to the North West. It is a quiet, peaceful, serene environment with amazing amounts of light. The kitchen is large and contemporary with new Whirlpool stainless steel appliances including a top-of-the-line refrigerator with french doors, pull out freezer and water and ice maker on the door. The kitchen faces the windows so you can enjoy the views while you are cooking. There is an office space with a contemporary, cherry desk with peninsula equipped with printer, fax and copier. The bed is a new contemporary cherry queen platform bed with a new pillow-top comfortable mattress for a heavenly nights sleep. The gas fireplace keeps you cozy and warm in the Winter and the 2 remote controlled ceiling fans with the central air conditioning keep you cool in the Summer. There is a huge walk in closet and a large laundry/utility room with new Whirlpool Duet Steam Washer and Dryer set. There is a new 42" Plasma HDTV mounted above the fireplace with a HDTV DVR cable box with at least 100 channels to chose from. There is a new HDTV Blue Ray DVD Player as well. The window treatments were selected and the black custom cabinets in the laundry room were designed per a Feng Shui consultant to balance the energy in the place.
You access the building in a secure underground parking garage with assigned parking close to the secure access elevator. The elevator takes you to the top floor and this loft is conveniently located near the elevator and trash/recycling chutes. There is a keypad security access to the building.
The Peloton is one of the newest communities in Boulder. There is a 22,000 square foot Community Recreation Center with 6000 sq foot fitness center, yoga/spin center, state of the art nautilus equipment. Entertainment terrace with indoor/outdoor fireplace, game room w/ billiards, shuffleboard & plasma televisions. Private movie theatre w/ luxury 22 stadium seating. Mtg room. Boulder's only rooftop heated swimming pool, open year round until midnight, 2 oversized hot tubs, gas fire pit & lounge area, gas grilles, secured bicycle storage & access to community bicycles.
Photos and virtual tour is available upon request.
The Peloton has a courtyard environment with on-site restaurants, next to the Boulder Creek Bike/Walking path and the new 29th Street Mall with restaurants, shops, grocery stores, movie theater, bus. It is a 15-20 minute walk or 10-15 minute bike ride to downtown Boulder/Pearl Street Mall on the Boulder Creek Bike Path. It is located between 28th Street (US 36) and Foothills Parkway (Hwy 157/119) for quick access to the airport and Denver.
It is a phenomenal community with fun activities scheduled all of the time.

This extremely spacious, well-equipped (high-end appliances, including gas stove) studio is exactly as advertised. I chose the place for a 1-month working vacation & found it to be perfect for that purpose. It's virtually brand new, exceptionally clean & well maintained, and very quiet. I never heard neighbors or street/exterior noise at all, but when the a/c kicks in, the whoosh of cool air is rather loud & might disturb some people (there are nice ceiling fans though). The very large desk is a more than suitable work station & the apt is roomy enough for small meetings (though the cast iron chairs around the dining table are not particularly comfortable for long). There is a big walk-in closet (same size as the bathroom) and an even bigger laundry room for storage space. The building has secured entry & the apt is located close to the elevator. An annoying extra cost is the need to pay the Peloton management company a move-in & move-out fee which adds $200 on top of the rent, but this does allow access to all the amenities: rooftop heated swimming pool, hot tub, huge fitness center, etc. Pizzeria Basta is within the complex & has good pizzas (wood fire oven), salads & a nice selection of wine/beer. I prefer to get around by bicycle vs car, and was initially worried the location would be a bit inconveniently far from the center of things but that was not the case. Boulder is such a bike-friendly town, with so many bike/pedestrian dedicated paths, lanes, bridges & tunnels, I was easily able to reach places like the downtown Pearl Street mall or the university's main Norlin Library in about 15 minutes. In addition, the Peloton is only a couple of blocks from Moe's Bagels (recommended!), a liquor store, a major supermarket (King Soopers), etc. The 29th Street shopping district is just another block further away, and there's also a Whole Foods close by. An added bonus to this apt is a secure bike storage room right next to the building's entrance. For cars, there is guest parking right in front by the entrance, and major streets could hardly be closer (Arapahoe Ave, US36, Foothills Hwy, etc) so it's very easy to zip around town or up to the mountains. The owner is nice & very easy to deal with - she even gave me a ride to catch the airport bus when I checked out!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Why the Owner Chose Boulder:
The Peloton is the most up and coming property in Boulder. I live here part of the year and travel the rest. The loft is easy and turn-key for travel and fun in Boulder. I love it so far!
The Unique Benefits at this Studio:
Peace, productivity, easy access to all of the fun things to do in Boulder, lovely walks/runs/bike-rides on the Boulder Creek Path, Farmers Market, Band on the Bricks, Hikes in the Summer, Easy access to Denver for fun events and friends there, Easy access to skiing, parties, and all of the friends I have here. I love the simplicity of the studio loft. Less to clean, worry about. It is so turn-key and easy!! I love it. I live in the roof-top hot tubs when I am here! That is one of my favorite features. It is great after working out at the fitness center or with friends.
