My husband and I were running out of time as or wedding day was approaching and we hadn't booked our honeymoon destination yet. In our search we ran into Caribbean Diamond Residence and lo and behold we booked it, We couldn't ask for a better pick.The attention to all guests needs and wants from things to do to care of onsight wants. The beach is walking distance from the residence, all resorts and restaurants are within 5-10mins away. I recommend Caribbean Diamond if you want to get away from the crazy world and just be. This was our first time in Turks and Caicos!! The beaches are incredible and so was our stay! Marilyn was very hospitable and made our stay feel like home. The condo was great, we had everything we needed. The pool was like our own, the kids loved having the pool right outside their door and enjoyed every minute of it. The only thing that would have been better would be that the beach was a bit closer. If you had a car you would be there in a minute but the walk was about 5-10 minutes depending on what my kids moods were like, slow or fast pacing. The beach is so isolated that it felt like we were on a deserted island, very peaceful, very relaxing. The kids had an amazing time snorkling and enjoying the ocean. Very safe for children!!! The weather in July was amazing! Perfect weather with one day of 10 minute shower. It doesn't rain for long!! Thank you for a great stay!!! CristinaRecommended for: Families with young children.

This was my second visit to Turks, and both times I stayed at the Residences. Three years ago I stayed in building A in adjoining condos when they were brand new and the other buildings were still under construction. This past January I stayed in Building B on the main floor with patio doors opening up just steps from the pool. The gardens and trees have have become so lush, adding to the character of the property. The unit was very clean and the grounds very well maintained. Granite contertops, stainless appliances, flat screens, beautiful woodwork and tile floors make for a pretty nice home away from home.There is even a bbq beside the pool we had access to. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the condo , and once you get to the water you have the beautiful Grace Bay on one side and Leeward on the other. One of the nicest things about the beaches is that they are not very busy, with Grace Bay having more activity because of the resorts. The pace on the island is nice and slow , but that is exactly what makes it special .You won't find a Mcdonalds , but there are plenty of restaurants that offer up local fare as well other traditional food. We ate most of our breakfasts and lunches at the residence, but did try quite a few restaurants. We had a vehicle and it made getting around very easy, you can drive from one end of the island to the other in 15 minutes. Graceway is a 5 minute minute drive and there you can get your groceries and other refreshments. The residences are only a few minutes by car from the Casino and two of the best restaurants we found, Koyaba and Coco Bistro. Both exceptional . Close to the airport, in the Blue Hills area of the Island you have Da Conch Shack and Rum bar, a quaint little place on the beach where you can get a pitcher of rum punch for 26 bucks and try some of different ways of preparing conch. At Turtle Cove Marina you have Baci for Italian and can see a beautiful sunset at Magnolia, both nice restaurants. Also down at the Marina is Sharkbite, a nice bar where you can sit out on ther patio ,over the lit water and check out the fish. I was sitting by the rail overlooking the water ,when I saw a shadow moving, and looked down to see a 5 foot nurse shark swim by. We saw him 5 more times that nite. Snorkling can be found at Coral Gardens just a few feet from the shore on a protected reef. I will definately be back again and would recommend the Residences to anyone who is interested in a wonderful place to holiday.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

About the owner: This is our family and we built and own this property as a family along with extended family. We love to vacation together and what better place to get away from the Canadian cold than to come here. We know you will enjoy it as much as we do.

We first visited the Island in 2004 and bought this peice of land. We developed it and just completed the final phase last year. We fell in love with the island and have spent as much time here as we possibily could over the past few years.
