I normally don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to comment on this cabin. It was everything that is described and more. The property is perfectly maintained with everything you could ever need. The views are incredible and the owners were more than helpful. There was more than enough space for 8 guys and all our ski gear. We will definitely stay here again and I couldn't recommend it more highly.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We spent 4 days in this wonderful house that had incredible views and was very well maintained. The garage is a nice touch to keep the car from getting full of snow. You will love its location to skiing along with easy access to down town area for dinner and grocery shopping. Start you day on the deck with breath taking views of the mountain and end your days in the Hot Tub. We are looking forward to coming back to this place again and again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Spent 5 days in Winterpark over the Thanksgiving holiday with the entire family. We felt very comfortable in this well maintained and well equiped home away from home. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths allowed for privacy while kitchen and family room allowed for large gatherings. Views from the wraparound deck and hot tub are fantastic. Great walking trails, conventient to shopping and the lifts. Had a great time at the Devil's Thumb ranch as well. On our next trip to Winterpark we will definitely re-book this home.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We stayed at this beautiful, like new home over Labor Day weekend and it exceeded our expectations! The home is very large, very clean, and has views that make you say WOW. We especially liked how each bedroom had an individual bathroom which allowed for privacy. My husband and I started each of our days off with a 2 mile paved walk around the upper neighborhood loop. These walks provided us with fantastic views, a little exercise, and an opportunity to view some animals in their natural habitat. We then would join the kids for a home cooked breakfast (Safeway is a 5 minute car ride) in the well equipped kitchen. Our days were spent at the Winter Park Resort where we enjoyed the alpine slide, shopping, and restaurants. We also enjoyed downtown Winter Park where all the sales people were friendly and willing to help us. We enjoyed our evenings with a glass of wine on the wrap around deck before grilling on the propane BBQ. Following dinner our entire family enjoyed relaxing in the private hot tub. What a great way to spend time with our son who is a cadet at the Air Force Academy on his long weekend away from the Academy grounds!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

This is our second visit to this beautiful cabin and it was even more enjoyable this time. The kitchen was very well equipped. It is not only beautifully furnished but immacutally clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub, used it almost every night. Good restaurants nearby, our favorite was Fontenot's Seafood and Grill. A lot of activities for summer. Our best day was at Winter Park Resort which is a fun place with restaurants, shops, and many activities. We especially enjoyed the Alpine Sledding. Owner was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. Would definitely recommend this place and hopeful we can return again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

We have stayed several times in Colorado and this house was the best experience of them all. This house sleeps 10 comfortably and allows room for all to enjoy. Four baths allow for everyone to get ready easily. House is better than pictures show. From the deck you have a wonderful view of the valley below, can see for miles and miles making it easy to relax. Saw deer, fox, and other wildlife from the deck. Spent a little time fishing in the pond below, walking the trails in the forest behind and in the subdivision, hiking at Adams Falls at Grand Lake, and riding the bike trails. Loved Winterpark resort where entire family spent the day, mostly on the Alpine slide. There are many lovely hikes in the area which we tried. Enjoyed the Cozens musem at the entrance to the subdivision, a picnic at the top of the subdivision where the view is even better, did not make the rodeo on Saturday as we had to leave the next day, but wanted to. Day trip to Georgetown Loop was fun. Cooked most meals in for our group of 9. Did really like Hernado's Pizza. It is really good. At the end of the week our kids really did not want to leave.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We shared this house with another family for 4 days. They took the downstairs, we took the upstairs and everyone had plenty of space. The large living room with adjacent kitchen and dining area were perfect for group dinners, games, and movies each night. Aside from the master, the bedrooms aren't huge, but they're clean and comfortable. The condition of the house is excellent, the owner is a pleasure to work with, and the views are spectacular. I've rented several houses in the area and this is one of the best. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We stayed here over the New Year's holiday week and it was fabulous! We had a spectacular view of the downtown Winter Park fireworks display. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is great! We enjoyed the large family room and spent lots of time playing cards/games with the kids at the large, round kitchen table. We used the hot tub off the master bath almost every day we were there! The double garage kept our car nice and warm, too. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful house with plenty of room to keep your teens and younger kids happy!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.
