  Thank You Andy for the use of your beatiful home. It was an awesome house and great weather too (14" of snow in two days). The Hot Tub was great....we saw a fox wonder by one afternoon while we were soaking. I didn't come with my family but I can see where this house would be perfect for two families. Good Luck!

  This was such a wonderful place for my family to stay! We have 3 kids that are 6 years old and younger. We walked just up the street (2 blocks?) to the Peak 8 park every day and had a ball...and such easy access to get back to the house. A 3 minute drive in to downtown made shopping, meals and things so easy to get to. The house was very comfortable and great places for all the kids to sleep and spread out. the kids loved the wooded area behind the house to build things in, pick up sticks, pick flowers, etc. Lots of room to have friends over, fit tons of peopel aroudn the enormous dining room, playign in the game room, etc. A wonderful house for a small or large group....and a great owner to work with that made staying at their home a pleasure. can't wait to go back next year!

  My wife and I stayed at Paradise West with three other couples for a week of skiing in late February. The house is very impressive inside and out. We found it to be spacious, beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and well-maintained. It accommodated our group of 8 very comfortably. We made good use of the kitchen and dining room, the hot tub, and the two fireplaces. Access to the slopes is very easy. It's just a short walk to the base of Peak 8, and if there's snow in the neighborhood surrounding the house (which there was during our visit), you can ski directly to the back door of the house after your day on the slopes. Our group had a great time during our stay at Paradise West, and we highly recommend it to others.

  We stayed New Year's week 2011. The holiday started off well prior to our arrival! The owner of Paradise West was extremely accommodating when we asked if we could ship our skis. He could not have been kinder with all Fed Ex hassles. Once our two families (4 adults/4 teens) arrived, we found a well equipped, clean, charming home! Close to town and slopes, everyone was happy. For skiing, access was a short walk. Easy for adults to get lost and leave kids shooting pool or doing push-ups in the snow (seriously). With four teens/college students, the floor plan allowed for everyone to have their own space or be a huge group. Dinner for 8 was a delight (not that we cooked)! When we lost power due to crazy weather, we found an abundance of flashlights and candles in easy reach. All good! We come to Breckinridge at least 3x/ year. This was the best winter home we have ever rented! Highly recommend Paradise West and thank the owners for making this holiday so wonderful!

  Stayed for a week in August (two families).The house itself was great. We loved sitting in the living room with the big windows or on the deck with all the pine trees around. We saw two foxes traversing through the woods behind the house. It's only a 5 minute walk to the Breckenridge fun park. Mountain biking and hiking trails are all around (look for the fairies along the fairy trail). You can take the free gondola from the base of the ski area down into town. And to top it off, the owner is very responsive. Highly recommend a stay here.

  We just returned from 4 nights at Paradise West and could not have been more pleased. The house was ideal for our two families (4 adults and 4 children). The location on Peak 8 is great and an easy walk to the Peak 8 Gondola station. If we make a trek back to Breckenridge to ski, we are hopeful that we can stay at Paradise West again. Highly recommend.

  We recently spent 3 nights in Paradise West with college friends from CA who we typically only see once a year. The boys loved the pool table and girls thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi! The house is extremely well maintained and floor plan very accommodating to our group of 9. We especially liked how the adults could be hanging out in the living room on one side of the house and kids in the family room on the other side of the main floor. (Close enough to keep an eye on, but far enough to still have adult conversation!) The bedrooms were a great set-up for multiple families. The adults each had a bedroom with private bath and there were plenty of twin beds for all the children. The house is also close enough to walk to the base of Peak 8 and enjoy all the summer activities offered for the kids - bungy trampoline, gravity rollercoaster, alpine slide, gold panning, bouncey house, mini-golf, etc. It's a beautiful house. We can't afford to buy it, but would love to come back for another visit! :)

  I stayed in January 2011 with adults and kids and could not have been happier. The house is perfect in all ways. Very spacious which permits privacy yet areas where all can hang together. Location is convienent for a quick walk to the slopes and ski-in return. The house is beautifully furnished just like home. Andy the owner was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay again Thanks for the use of your wonderful home!

  We stayed at Paradice West and had a great time!! We had 2 families with 5 kids from 7-13. The place is beautifully decorated and had a lot for everyone to do. After skiing, the hottub is hard to beat. Of course, the pool table was a hit as well as the wireless internet connection for all of the kids' games/devices. The entry point to the ski slope is probably a 150 yard walk uphill, so you need to keep this in mind if you have younger kids carrying their own skis. Our kids did OK, except for the 7 year old. The ski-in wasn't available since we skied in the springtime so I can not comment. The location makes it easy to drive/walk to Peak 8 or drive downtown. No reason to have any reservations in renting this beautiful home!

  This home is stunning and absolutely perfect for our group of 6 teens and 3 adults We all had a blast and the skiing was excellent and not too difficult to get to. Just a short trek down the street and off we went or we drove over to the base of Peak 9. Teens LOVED the hot tub and the last night of snow and day of skiing was awesome. GREAT spring break The Greenawalts are very accommodating and gracious hosts Would love a summer trip!
