I was impressed by the photos and the description of the condo when I read about it here on VRBO. But I was so excited when we got there and the condo was so much better than the photos! The condo is beautiful and well appointed. Everything is so beautifully done in the condo - from the decor, the large rooms, the comfy large beds and really nice linens. The surrounding property is everything it promises to be. We have stayed in the Zona Romantica many times before and we were unaware of this building before. Now that we know about it we definitely recommend this property to all who are considering it. You will find everything in the condo above expectations. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are clean, and the kitchen is amazing and better stocked than mine at home. I love the location because it is so convenient to everything wonderful in Puerto Vallarta. Thanks Joe and Vistalegre Rentals! The process for renting the condo was easy.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I had an incredible time staying here. The building here was meticulously clean at all times. The amenities are amazing and provided a dreamlike vacation. It was nice drinking filtered water from the faucet rather than bringing bottled water back from the stores as I have had to do when staying at other places in Puerto Vallarta. The location is perfect and an easy walk to town and area attractions. Being so close to both beaches and the exciting nightlife made it convenient and saved money- I walked everywhere and took no taxis. The building had round the clock security even though it is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Perfect for someone traveling alone or for someone concerned about crime in Mexico. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip. What a wonderful book, music and movie library! What a lovely condo to compliment the best trip... Don't pass it up!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My husband, our 2 kids and me had a great time staying in this huge condo. It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops charming in every way, clean and has every amenity we could have ever needed. The owner Joe was very friendly and responsive if we had questions. What a beautiful condo! We have been traveling to Puerto Vallarta for the past few years, and I can honestly say that this was the best place we have ever stayed at! The pool and outdoor patios were a good change of pace from the gorgeous sandy beaches. Everything inside the condo was new and very comfortable. This made our stay very relaxing. Did I mention the location yet. O yeah right in the middle of Old Town with no hills to climb. Honestly I could not have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who is considering vacationing in Puerto Vallarta that this was the nicest place we have ever stayed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

First off, I want to say that Joe (the owner) is simply wonderful. I rented this place for a week and enjoyed my stay at this lovely condo. It's in a prime location(very quiet area) and near tons of shopping and great restaurants. Also, no hills to walk up and down from, so that is definitely a plus. The condo was very spacious, clean, lots of amenities and had an awesome view of the hillside at night. The balcony is great to sit and have a cocktail and just unwind. Also, there is a great swimming pool and lounge area on the grounds of this condo complex and the pictures do not do it justice. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with your stay at this place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The photos are terrific but they don't do this incredible place justice! It has a super layout and easy flow. The pool is very private, the rooms incredibly spacious, and all the luxury you need is contained within this tucked-away jewel. Very quiet and tranquil and we had a lovely stay! This location is also situated ideally for a stroll to the nearby restaurants or cafes. For all you yoga lovers, Yoga Vallarta is just a few blocks from here (5 mins. walk), and the Malecon is just a 10 minute walk from here. Well appointed unit with a great location. Close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax. Excellent owner reaction to anything we needed - but needed very little. Unit is very large, great floor plan and the kitchen and baths were stocked as well as a high-end hotel. Beautiful pool area and very secure building. The condo was clean, comfortable, roomy and designed with modern, stylish decor. The view from the balcony is nice and at night you can see the fireworks from the port. The location is excellent. It is walking distance to the beach & center of Puerto Vallarta viejo. We did not have a car but would not have needed one anyway. The amenities available were a nice convenience. Would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I visited PV the first week of December 2011. We were greeted at the airport by the friendly driver and were thrilled with the condo accommodations. As others have said, the pictures really don't do it justice and the place is HUGE and very clean. The kitchen has better and more dishes/appliances than my kitchen at home. The bedding and towels are all top notch. The purified water and free WiFi were a wonderful plus. The condo really is in an excellent location in the Romantic Zone. It was very quiet and peaceful (we only saw two other guests the whole week we were there) and there was always a security guard around, so it felt quite safe. I had a few questions for Joe, the owner, during our stay and he responded by email immediately. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Enjoyed the stay so much I do not plan to look for another place the next time I am in PV, which should be within a couple of months. This condo has everything you will need and the location is perfect. Couldn't ask for anything more.
