This spacious 1000 sq. ft. 1 or 2 BR, 2 BA vacation home is located at the brand new Villas Talia complex. A ground floor end unit with a garden view insures privacy and relaxation. Both bedrooms are fitted with Simmons pillow top mattresses and 1000 thread count sheets for ultimate comfort. The master bedroom has satellite TV and a DVD player. The bathrooms contain open air showers with marble walls and vanities. Native mahogany closets, doors and cabinetry of the highest craftsmanship round out the contemporary style of decor.
A fully stocked kitchen and dining area for 6 will enable your party to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal or have a light breakfast out on the patio and listen to the early morning birdsong. The open style floor plan leads into the living area equipped with satellite flat screen TV, stereo and DVD player. The large screen sliding doors open up to the patio. From the patio, you can view and walk to the pool as it is the only condominium with an access gate. Screen doors on the patio slider and front door give optimum air flow when the breeze is up.
A ten minute walk through the tropical landscaped footwalk will put you on the gorgeous beach that has a coral reef abundant with marine life including sea turtles. The quaint village is adjacent to the beach and boasts a dozen restaurants, 2 small grocery stores, boutique shopping, and Dolphin discovery. Puerto Aventuras also has a large marina with boating and fishing excursions available.
You can walk along the beach to the kid-friendly marina village, where you will find shops, services, and many fine, but reasonably priced restaurants. Swim with the dolphins in the marina (or watch the action while sipping a margarita at one of the outdoor cafes). Check out the dive and snorkel shops -- arrange a lesson if you wish. You will also enjoy the art and gift shops. You can play at the Puerto Aventuras golf course, and the kids will love the skate board park.
Major attractions of the Riviera Maya are 15 minutes away by car or taxi, including Xel-Ha (“shell-HAH”), where the underground rivers flow into the sea, the splendors of the cenote caves of Aktun Chen, and Xcaret. Xcaret (“ish-ka-RET”) is a huge ecopark that is as much fun as Disneyland or any major theme park, but it is also far more interesting and educational. It truly lives up to its reputation of being the premier attraction in the entire coastal area. It is a delight for all ages!
Visit Mayan pyramids and archeological sites of major significance. Tulum is only 30 minutes away, and tours are available for nearby Chichen-Itza, Coba, and other sites in the Yucatan. Did you know that there are five UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, waiting for you to explore?
Want more excitement? The city of Playa Del Carmen, about 20 minutes by car or taxi, has shops, art galleries, and night life, and it is where the ferries depart for the island of Cozumel. Playa Del Carmen also offers major shopping such as Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, Office Depot, and Centro Maya shopping mall on the road to Puerto Aventuras.
You can go to Cancun for a day trip or an evening, and enjoy the fabulous shopping malls and restaurants, or the world-famous night life.
Other area attractions include scuba diving, cave diving, golf, exploring cenotes and underground caverns, tours of the Sian Ka'an Biosphere, dining and shopping in nearby Playa del Carmen, Akumal or Tulum.

Andrew's 2 bedroom place in Puerta Aventuras was amazing. His directions were spot on and the description fit the bill. The complex is quiet, friendly and very well kept. Going a little more wide-spread, the community was great too. Lots of little places to eat and shop and we felt safe the entire time. We also liked being only a 20 minute drive to Tulum and Playa de Carmen. Both places offer a great variety of things to do. Also, be sure to check out Akumal for some awesome turtle and reef snorkeling. We brought our own gear and swam out 100 yards, which saved us the $20 tour fee most places charge. I would definitely stay at this place again and would highly recommend it for someone looking to get away from the resort/all-inclusive feel of Mexico. The condo was beyond our expectations. Very well located, with great accommodation, very spacious, very quiet, private backyard, 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. We had everything at our disposal. Andrew and his wife are very friendly and helpful. They have contributed much to make our stay very enjoyable. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Great access to pool and other P.A. amenities. Host Andrew & Lisa Leigh were more than accommodating with directions, places to eat and go . Also what to avoid. Would definitely stay here again. and recommend this to our friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Villas Talia in Pureto Aventuras remains our primary peace-seeking and exhilerating destination of choice when visiting Mexico. From the moment we landed until the last poised steps on the fluffy white sands, our senses were lifted and softened to a whole new level. It's extremely valued in luxuries when looking for the quietude of a mind-recalibrating retreat and so accessible to a gamut of activities all within moments' distance--whether walking, biking, taxing or adventuring by car/bus. Snorkeling in that pristine clear blue water still captivates my memiors as though it were yesterday. Our stay at Villas Tallia was incredibly relaxing and beautiful. From the tranquility of the backyard Jungle to the spacious and modern living space, the condo offers the essence of vacation. With a lovely 5 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants and shopping there was never a need to leave Puerto Aventuras. We will definitely be back to stay as soon as we can!
