  The cottage is so welcoming and the owners have thought of everything to make it comfortable. It was just a few miles from my office and so much nicer that staying at a hotel. It is so relaxing to sit on the couch and enjoy the wonderful view. The owners are very helpful and very responsive. I hope to stay here again.

  We have traveled the world staying in many different accomodations and this rates up near the top of the list!! Thank you for making such an inviting, comfortable and well-equiped spot for weary travelers. We have our daughter and her family nearby and it was wonderful to have such a perfect retreat so close to them. We sure hope to be able to stay here again!

  We stayed for two weeks in this charming well appointed cottage. I would highly recommend the accommodation with every attention to detail. The cottage is situated in a very nice area with close proximity to local,transport should you not have a car. The owner is very helpful with the accommodation being extremely warm and welcoming and very comfortable for either short or long stays. Many thanks

  Gorgeous property that is exactly as it looks in the photos! Wow, how amazing is that! Extremely clean, comfortable and convenient. We constantly marvelled at going to the living room and enjoying the incredible view first thing in the morning. Excellent communication from the owners. I had a couple of questions when we arrived and they were answered immediately when I called. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to this area, and I have already recommended this cottage to a client who may be traveling to the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  We absolutely fell in love with this adorable house! We were sorry to go after a week as we were so comfortable in it. The view of the lake was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect! We took the city bus into Seattle which was a 15 minute walk or 2 minute car ride. The neighborhood was full of beautiful homes and we enjoyed exploring it. The guest house had up-to-date comfortable furnishings, internet access, and was clean. We’d stay there again in a hearbeat!

  If you can get over the exceptional curtness and unfriendly manor of the woman who manages/ownes this place, it is a wonderful find! Only reason not excellent-- the both times I inquired on property (once to book, other time while there for questions regarding our check-out) my brief excounters left a sour taste in our mouth, so much so that we will likely not book here next year (hate to support that kind of attitude). Other than that, it is great with families as right down the street from a park for kids with swimming beach. House is TIGHT! Very clean, nice furnishings, very comfortable bed with AC for the summer months. Great view. No outside seating to enjoy the view but the one from the living room was lovely.

  Owner response: This review is about communications. Requests were not discussed adequately beforehand. We did not know that this couple planned a loud, late night party the evening before check out. The next morning we declined a special parking request, as it would have blocked access for our housekeeper, but generously allowed them driveway parking below the cottage. We pride ourselves on accomodating requests, but unfortunately there was no chance to discuss it before expectations were not met on either side.

  This wonderful cottage in the heart of one of the most scenic neighborhoods imaginable was everything a traveler would want and more. It was dressed with every imaginable utensil and small appliance, an extensive local travel tips binder, and a view to absolutely die for :) Communication leading u p to our stay was impeccable as well. If you are planning to spend time in the Seattle area for any reason whatsoever, this is THE place to call home while you are away from home. We travel extensively and this wonderful Bellevue cottage is as good as it ever gets!

  This place is a beautiful jewel in a great neighborhood. Accommodations were 5-star all the way. Beautiful view from the living room window and nice peaceful location. Lots to do close by. Owner had lots of nice details you could not ask for more, nor have I seen better in even the finest of hotels. This one is a winner!

  Our stay at your Cottage could not have been more enjoyable. It was the perfect location for our trips to Tacoma, Edmonds, Leavenworth, Snoqualmie Falls and Seattle to visit our friends,children, grandchildren and two of our six great grandchildren living in the Seattle area. Simply put...we had a “HOOT”. The Cottage offered all the comforts...without exception. It was great when Randy knocked on our door after we checked in to see if everything was OK. It was fun to meet Meilla and her friend “Josie” as they played around the yard. Our return to Seattle will certainly include a stay at your Cottage. Many thanks for making our stay “special.”
