The Manualoha section of Poipu Kai is a uniquely open and spacious development, unlike any other condominium development we have seen on Kauai, with lovely plantings, finely maintained grounds and with nine tennis courts and ample swimming facilities.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome Condominium
A few steps to the sparkling private pool for Manualoha residents and only a few more steps to the beach. We often stop off at the Manualoha pool after snorkeling at the beach-- a quick fresh water shower a dip, and a rest in a chaise lounge overlooking the beach before enjoying some time on the lanai at our condominium!
Owner's Map of Poipu Kai
We first visited Poipu Kai in 1985. We have stayed at several places in Kauai and liked the Maunaloha section of Poipu Kai the most. We first saw our vacation home in 1999 at the invitation of the prior owner, and we rented it several times before we bought it. It is in the most spacious location of the most spacious condominium development, opening onto a lovely sweeping expanse of grass and tropical plantings, with a view of sunsets over Brennecke's Beach. (Our unit is close to the beach end of the large open area of the Poipu Kai resort shown on the Google map.) When we are more fully retired we plan to spend several months a year in this paradise.
