  Great place, very spacious (even better than the photos), comfortable and immaculate. Close to grocery and pharmacy shopping. The owners were flexible with check in/out times and there was a nice welcome/thank you note when we arrived. We will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We just returned from a 5 day stay at this condo and loved it! We were there for a wedding and traveling with our 11 month old; because of the pack n play and booster seat the condo already had it made traveling for us much easier. We actually set up the pack n play in the master closet because it was that large of a closet and then our son was close to us but not in our actual room. The condo is great, the kitchen is fabulous and the pool area is really enjoyable as well. We also liked Fountain Hills but did eat more of our meals in Scottsdale as we thought the food options were better. Some of our fans were Cowboy Ciao, AZ88 and Stingray Sushi - all delish! There is plenty to do in Fountain Hills, Scottsdale is a really short drive away and Phoenix is a little further but still no problem - we actually did dinner at "Different Point of View" one evening and that was a fantastic view of Phoenix! Anyway if you rent this condo you won't be disappointed and the owners are really great to work with. The ONLY negative is that the condo doesn't offer recycling and since we are 'green people' we had to save all the recycling and take it to a deposit ourselves. This is not a direct reflection of this particular condo, rather their association. I was really surprised and disappointed they didn't offer recycling! Otherwise everything was great ;)

  We were lucky enough to enjoy this beautiful condo for 10 days in March. The condo, the other owners/renters, and Foutain Hills itself, were all incredible. This condo comes equipt with everything you need...from the pool towels, to the dishes/kitchen accessories, to the DVD player with some movies...all the ammenities listed were top quality, very clean, and in georgeous condition. I am already trying to talk friends into joining us there again for another trip. Thanks again to the owners, who were very helpful and answered any and all questions we had. Our next trip to Arizona will definitely include a stay in Fountain Hills and hopefully in this condo!

  This condo was just as described and even better! It was clean & comfortable...felt just like home. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. We were sad to have our vacation end so soon. Would stay here again!

  This condo is so nice and comfortable. Beautifully decorated and furnished. You will not miss a beat with the internet and HD tv. The pool and hot tub are awesome, and the location of the complex is great as its off the main road. The owners are extremely nice and accomodating and answer all questions. I have stayed here twice now, once with my wife and two year old and once with a friend. You can not go wrong with renting this place. Its a home away from home. Everyone in Fountain Hills is SO nice and easy to talk to. For the price you will NOT be disappointed staying here.

  We stayed here for a week this past March and our family of four had an fabulous time at this wonderful condo. This unit and entire complex far exceeded our expectations in every sense. It was clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated, and in a great Fountain Hills location. We spent a lot of time at the condo relaxing in the pool area which was only a few steps from our unit. Everyone we met from the complex was very friendly and welcoming. We cannot say enough good things about this unit and the owners. They are extremely accomodating and helpful. They go above and beyond normal expectations to ensure your stay is fantastic. Thanks so much Petra and Lynden for letting us rent your condo. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental and hopefully look forward to returning in the future.

  There was 4 adults for our two week stay (March 7 to 20). The condo & location was great, everything that the owner states and more. Owner was very helpful and answered all our concerns/questions. The condo itself was wonderful and the pool area with the hottub was great. We liked the fact that the area was quiet, clean, all amenities we needed were close by. We definitely plan to return in the future.

  We stayed a week at this condo with our two teenage daughters during spring break. We were extremely pleased with the property. It was exactly as advertised. We had spent previous spring breaks in Scottsdale but wanted to find something a little less crowded and busy but still close enough to catch a spring training game and visit some of our favorite spots in the Phoenix area. The condo was very comfortable, had everything we needed including all the amenities you would expect. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the nicest we have experienced in a vacation rental. It was also nice to have HD programming with the large screen TV. The girls spent a lot of time at the nice pool complex, not at all crowded, but the pool heater did go out during our stay. We also hiked at the nearby McDowell Mtn Park and played golf at some of the great local courses. Don’t miss the Vista Verde course just north of Fountain Hills in Rio Verde, NO amenities but a very good course, especially for the $. We had an overall great experience and would recommend this property without reservation, you won’t be disappointed
