One of Grand Haven's historic treasures, this 2 story cottage sits on top of a hill in a quaint neighborhood within walking distance to downtown, shopping, the boardwalk, a fresh farmers market, and the Grand Haven State Park.
The main level has a large kitchen with an eat-in area, dining room, living room, full bath, and spacious bedroom with a queen bed. The upper level has a full bath and two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with two full beds. The furnished basement has foosball/table tennis, a full size futon, and a washer/dryer. For outdoor entertainment there is a private backyard with a rope swing, deck, patio set, and a grill. All cookware and linens are provided, no smoking or pets.
50% non-refundable deposit due upon reservation.

It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, yet walking distance to all of the action. People can stroll to the beach from the scenic river boardwalk located two blocks from this house. I also grew up just three blocks away, which gives me a great deal of sentimental attachment to the area. It's the cool part of town!
