Our condo offers unlimited panoramic views of the islands of Lanai & Molokai!!! Our spacious lanai, is less than 50 feet from the Pacific Ocean.
Because of our West Maui location, Kuleana 622 offers romantic sunsets 365 days a year. Each Maui sunset (setting between the islands of Lanai & Molokai) is unique and unmatched anywhere else in the world..
This location without question is one of the most beautiful settings on the planet!! Here at Kuleana 622 you will enjoy the peace and serenity that you expect in a place of unparalled beauty and majesty. You will be mesmerized by the sound of the rolling Pacific Ocean as your eyes feast on the spectacle that is the island of Molokai. Molokai's volcanic ridges, millions of years in the making, will greet you each morning as you enjoy a freshly brewed cup of Maui blend coffee.
Kuleana is a place of rest and relaxation. The meticulously maintained grounds with many species of idigenous plants, offers a perfect opportunity to align ones body, mind, & spirit.
Here at the Kuleana, marine life is plentiful. During whale season (Dec thru April), enjoy whales breaching right out in front of you from our lanai. This is a sight to behold for all, young and old alike. Sea turtles are in abundance here year round as well as many other varieties of marine life. Spinner dolphins, Spotted Eagle Rays, and on occasion, the rare and endangered Hawaiian monk seal, have all been spotted here at the Kuleana.

Kuleana 622 is ideally located. It is located in an area known as 'Mahinahina' in the Lahaina District. Kuleana 622 is less than 3 miles north from world reknowned Ka'anapali Beach. And Kuleana 622 is less than 3 miles south of the Napili / Kapalua Resort Area. In addition, it is less than 10 minutes to Front Street in downtown Lahaina..
In other words, Kuleana 622 is within close proximity to all recreational, commercial and cultural centers in West Maui.
Our little 'peace' of paradise was completely remodeled from top to bottom in September 2010. We remodeled our condo in order to provide our guests with first rate accomodations at affordable pricing.
Everything in the unit is brand new, all purchased in September 2010. From the completely remodeled bathroom to the all new furniture throughout, our guests will relax in comfort. Also added for our guest's convenience, were 2 flat screen televisions. The living room is equipped with a 40' flatscreen to watch from the new queen sized sleep sofa, while a 32' tv awaits you in the bedroom as you relax on the new queen size bed.
All of Maui and more awaits you at our 'peace' of heaven on earth, Kuleana 622.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The view of the ocean just a few feet away was fantastic. We could hear the surf at night and see whales in the distance during the day. This unit is decorated in extremely good taste – comparable to high-quality hotels. It is extremely well-maintained, everything seemed new, everything worked, totally spotless. It is a smallish unit, but fine for two people (plus one or two children, since it's a tight fit with the sofa bed opened up in the front room). The grounds are beautiful, lush, and well-maintained. The heated pool is a pleasant oasis.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

My fiance and I stayed here for 4 nights and wish we could still be there. Everything was perfect for a relaxing vacation - far enough from the main resorts just south and north of us to have peace and quite but close enough to go explore there areas for shopping and dining. The condo has the best view with perfect sunsets each night and for the money cannot be beat. The condo is well equipped and Craig, the property manager for the owners, was stellar - we could not ask for a better host. He accommodated every need and answered any question very quickly. One of the best parts was waking up and sitting on the porch watching the sea turtles come munch on the sea grass steps away from the condo. Also - just up the waterfront, we saw several turtles relaxing on the beach in the afternoon - simply amazing. The grills were perfect and we never had to wait to use them, it was simply the best view I have had while grilling too. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we cannot wait to come back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Aloha! Your condo is amazing! Comfortable and relaxing with breathtaking views! Truly a wonderful place to stay and relax with everything you need. The snorkeling out front is fabulous and the grounds so laid back and not crowded with hoards of people, which we love and everyone was very friendly! We were vacationing to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary! Through the property manager my husband arranged to have a floral arrangement there when we arrived!! It was so gorgeous, and we were both so impressed with Craig's willingness to help with that and many other details that made our whole vacation perfect from booking to checkout! The condo is spacious and as everything you could possibly need to enjoy paradise great attention to detail!! We ate in often and used the BBQ downstairs - it was wonderful. The master bedroom is so spacious and comfortable the bathroom was incredible as well. We appreciated having that space and all the upgrades we enjoy in our own home. I loved the jetted tub. The views from the lanai are, is breathtaking, from sunrise to sunset. Just sit, play some music and watch the world go by. On this visit we took a more leisurely pace and this is the perfect condo and location to do so, but yet you are so close to restaurants, night life and shopping . It is truly the perfect location!! Wow! What a vacation! First off the description on the VRBO was exactly as it claimed. There were no surprises and everything was as expected. A huge goal for me was to spot humpback whales and to see Green Sea Turtles. We arrived at night but by the next morning I had spotted approximately 20 whales all while having a few coffees in the morning on the lanai. They dove straight out of the water, breeching and slapped their tails it was so spectacular to witness. As for the Sea Turtles........you can watch them swim by while having a glass of wine on the lanai or go join them in the water with your snorkel gear, they are amazing reptiles. Every day there would be from one to four of them basking in the sun on the sandy beach. I took pictures from approximately 3 feet away. The owners of this property were lovely and shared in the joy of our experiences. Very nice people. If you desire a laid back peaceful reflective vacation with all the amenities a condo needs than stay at Kuleana #622 is for you. Enjoy your stay in Maui where ever it may be. It is gorgeous!!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, adventure seekers.

Where to begin? My wife Denise & I began our dream search over 4 years ago. Little did we know that it would become a reality as soon as it it did, in November of 2009. We wanted to find an island paradise that we could share with our daughters (Lauren and Erin), friends, and family for many years to come.
We feel that we did not choose Kuleana, Kuleana chose us. In the Hawaiian language, Kuleana means responsibility. It is our responsibility to treat the Earth and each other with respect. This is how we have always lived our lives.
This is such a very special place. There is nowhere else on this earth for us where all of nature's elements combine to provide a sense of peace and relaxation. We go to Kuleana to melt into its natural and beautiful surroundings. As we said, Maui is a special place that is meant to be shared and enjoyed by all..Kuleana is a gift to our family and our Kuleana is to share it with others...
