Newly constructed family friendly home, located in a quaint part of town called "Banana Hill", known for having the most pleasant weather in this area of many microclimates. Conveniently located between Cal Poly and downtown, on a hill up from "Franks" for those of you familiar with the area. Relax on the front porch with a drink and your loved one while enjoying the hillside views.
Take a walk to Farmer's Market downtown (~1 mile) or the other way to Cal Poly. Many restaurants close by. The main house has 4 rooms and 2 BA (3 bedrooms & a large multi-purpose room containing a sleeper sofa). The spacious main/great room contains the kitchen, dining and family room under vaulted ceilings, lending it self well to family gathering. Dining table seats 8 comfortably.
