San Luis Obispo house description

Newly constructed family friendly home, located in a quaint part of town called 'Banana Hill', known for having the most pleasant weather in this area of many microclimates. Conveniently located between Cal Poly and downtown, on a hill up from 'Franks' & 'Splash Cafe' for those of you familiar with the area. Relax on the front porch with your loved one(s) while enjoying the hillside views.

Take a walk to Farmer's Market downtown (~1 mile) or the other way to Cal Poly. Many restaurants close by.

The main house has 4 rooms and 2 BA (3 bedrooms & a large multi-purpose room containing a sleeper sofa). The spacious main/great room contains the kitchen, dining and family room under vaulted ceilings, lending it self well to family gathering. Dining table seats 8 comfortably.

Detached 1bd/1bth = great single or couple getaway. Quaint and comfortable with a great open view over town. Detached unit available for rent separate from main house. Ask about calendar availability.
