At over 1,650 square feet of living space, everyone will have plenty of room to spread and relax. our Sun Lake Condos are the size of a typical 3 bedroom vacation home. The each condo has a 50 inch widescreen high definition TV with a playstation 2 game player for entertainment. Each mastersuite has a king size bed with private bath and TV as well. All mastersuites have huge walkout showers and are very convenient for handicap access. Setting. These beautiful condos are located on the first floor of a two story building located on beautiful Sun Lakes. We have one, two, three and four bedroom units availabe to meet your needs. The Mastersuite in each condo has a a lake front view from the bed and access to the private 30' screened lanai that overlooks the lake and 20 acre preserve. You can't get closer to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park than Sun Lake ! Each unit has maximum privacy with no other buildings behind it- just a gorgeous view of Sun lake and its wonderful wildlife! Sun Lake was built with your safety and convenience in mind. It is the only Hurricane resistive complex ever built near Disney World! It can withstand 200 mph winds! Because of this fantastic contruction it is super quiet - quieter than the homes in the area. Offering a heated pool spa, tennis courts, game room and fitness center it is a great place for a family vacation, romantic getaway or the perfect place to stay while on a business trip! Located only 1 BLOCK from the Formosa Shopping Center you can WALK to fantastic restaurants like Outback Steakhouse, Carraba's Italian Grill, TGI Friday's, Cracker Barrel, Red Lobster, Dairy Queen and many many more.
