  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented another house to stay in on our vacation that had an elevator in it, but our daughters wheelchair would not fit in it. We called Royal Beach & told them the problem, & they immediately gave us another house that would work for us, that was alot nicer & rented for slot more than the one we had rented! I thought our vacation was ruined, but it turned out to be one of our best vacations ever, because of their excellent customer service! I thought great customer service didn't exist anymore, but Royal Beach Rentals proved me wrong! Thank you so much, we appreciate all your kindness greatly!!! The Boyers Manager responded on 10/20/2012: We could not be happier that you and your family were able to enjoy your vacation dispite a slight inconvenience. Fun everywhere we spent our wedding week at Royal Flush and we all had a great time. it was a great house for our pre-wedding party and for our post-wedding reception. the driveway looked beautiful for our reception and the set up was perfect with the band at the large entrance to the house. acoustics were wonderful. energy with gulf place across the street was perfect. overall, a great place for many parties and lots of fun! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home with quality amenities. We had 22 people and were very comfortable. Wish beach was cleaned more like Destin. Also it rained every day, but long overdue family reunion was enjoyed be all. Manager responded on 8/16/2012: We couldn't agree more! Royal Flush truly is a beautiful home with everything to offer. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing June grass, which comes and goes in the summer time.   Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every year our family spends a week together at the beach. There are nineteen of us, ten adults and nine grandchildren, ranging in ages from 12 years to 6 months. This house was the perfect house for our family. Our children with the youngest grandchildren stayed in the Carriage House, and that was perfect! It provided a quiet place for nap times! The rest of us were in the Main House and that worked out well, too. The only drawback was not having a game room or media room, which meant there was only one gathering place in the house. Of course, most of our time was spent in the pool or in the ocean, but when we were all together for dinner, we had a roomful! We loved the well-equipped kitchen, and the large dining table, since we eat most of our meals in. And we enjoyed having a screened porch. The sea grass came in while were we there and it was the worst I've ever seen in all of our years going to the beach, but that was out of anyone's control! All in all we had a fabulous week at ROYAL FLUSH! And your management company was first class! Thanks for a great vacation for our family! Manager responded on 8/8/2012: You are so welcome!   Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have loved staying at Royal Flush for years but recently realized how much more we are paying for this house compared to some that are equally large enough and in equally good locations. The house needs a major over-haul inside and outside as the latter has become dangerous with the ripped and filthy screens and the stairs going down to the beach is falling apart and children could fall through the railing. We have spoken with some of you there about some of this and unhappily found it necessary to let go of the house for next year which we had already booked. We will miss it as it has a lot of memories for us but the price difference with other homes was more than we wanted to handle.

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our family reunion very much.Refrigerator in laundry room not working 2nd year in a row.Internet access problems 2nd year in a row.Check in procedure poor.Coming to your office adds 40min to an already long drive.With all fees prepaid and a keypad entry system ,codes can be provided by email /phone and other info left all other respects,your service was perfect. Manager responded on 4/16/2012: Wonderful to hear that you enjoyed your family reunion again at Royal Flush. The fridge does have a part on order and Mediacom had a cut wire so we apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. Although the property is on keyless entry, we still ask the guest to stop by our office for check in for guest safety. It also is a great time for us to let you know about our Royal Amenity Program and any events going on in the area. We hope to see everyone again next year.
