The house is on the ocean side, so when it is time to go to the beach, just pack the beach bag and head down the walk way to the private beach. House has 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, large kitchen and dinning area, 2 living rooms with TVs and DVDs, 2 masters bedrooms and tons of out door space- screened in porch and decks. No smoking.

My family of five rented the place with my sister and her family of 4. We had an incredible time. Loved the house and had plenty of room to have visitors come as well. The bottom floor worked well for the children and the adults had use of the top two floors. The beach access is just steps from the house, yet far enough away that we didn't worry about little ones getting there too quickly. The beach is private, and we were often there with just a few other families. Bethany is an easy bike ride away, and we loved having use of the tennis courts and Bay access for crabbing and fishing. Awesome place. Definitely going back next year!Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Fantastic house, very spacious and clean. We have a large family and there was enough space in this house that we could all enjoy, whether we wanted to read alone, watch TV or to be together , play games or cook meals and eat as a family or sit and enjoy the deck or screened in porch. Would most definitely rent this house again. We loved the closeness to Bethany and the closeness to the beach. Very cozy like our home away from home.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
