The Villas of Seagrove, new in March of 2004, will surround you in luxury and help make your vacation experience something to remember. Located on the reknown Scenic Highway 30-A on the Emerald Coast of Florida, the Villas consist of three, four-story Mediterranean style buildings all overlooking a large private swimming pool.

All 24 units have a private entrance easily accessible from the parking area via an elevator or a short flight of stairs. Within walking distance to the town of Seaside and five miles from Rosemary Beach, this condominium is located just minutes from the nicest restaurants and specialty shops in the area. A 15 minute drive will get you to The Silver Shells Outlet Mall, the largest designer outlet center in the country.

Lounge on the second floor balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico, watch the kids at the pool, and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. A short walk next door to the Grand Isle you will find an array of specialty shops, including an up-scale coffe shop/wireless internet cafe and "Cowgirl Kitchen", a gourmet carry-out cafe.

The private beach walkover is located across Scenic Hwy 30-A just steps from the Villas. Approximately 150 yards to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rental each morning during the peak vacation season.
