This was not a good experience right from the start. The house was dirty and not cleaned since the last people had stayed. The backyard was a total mess and there was stiff everywhere. Ot was promised to be cleaned up but never was and we were there for a month and a half. The communication between us and the owner was very challenging. They wanted a lot of money up front and would change his mind often. When we tried paying the next months rent before the end of her month we were unable to reach him, then he called two days after the beginning of the month to tell us it was late. Then to move out and them inspect it. The guy was unreachable but a lady was able to help us. I don't know why it was so difficult but I'd never rent from them again.

Owner response: I must say I am shock at the level this young couple has stooped too because thy were unable to scam us. I believed that they had good intentions but that turned out to not be the case. First of all the young man called inquiring about the property and told me he would take it but his wife would call to make payment and could I hold it for them. They refused to fill out and submit and reservation for or rental contract until the day before the booking. I held the property for a week and was told they would rent for two month so please give them the rock bottom price. When his wife finally showed up with the rent she was a month short and told me she would have in in a week or two. After two week past I called her to see where the rent payment was. She then said she now wanted to make it a six week rental and would have the money very soon. I then had to update our calendar to put the two weeks back as available after I had already turn away bookings. After another two weeks past with out a payment for this young couple I was forced to asked them to leave the property due to lack of payment. At that time they said they did not intend on staying any longer and wished to leave. I then informed them that they would loose part of there deposit for failure to notify us within the allotted time frame. Only at that time did they agree to pay the rent they had originally agreed to. These young renters had three large trucks at the property at all times and should no respect for the property. I had to ask them several times to please not park on the grass. Trash was pilled up on the rear deck and it seemed to much to ask to just drop it in the trash can and roll it to the street. Yes I understand why they chose to leave a totally untrue comment. It was only to try to hurt our business. I will ask anyone that has read this feed back to only look at our guest comments at any of our properties to truly see what kind of business we really are running hear. Thank you for you business.

We really enjoyed our stay, it is a great place for a vacation. I felt right at home, my relatived and I now have a great memories in this place because we spent so much time together rather than being in separate hotel rooms. The size of the house is great. We don't need to worry about the little things because it is all supplied, ex: extra towels, blow dryer, utiensils, detergent, toiletries and having internet access was a great bonus. Thank you Susan and Jacquess for letting us stay at your BEAUTIFUL home !
