  The pictures and descriptions were very accurate. The owner was very responsive with any questions. Our deposit was returned in a timely manner. The house is clean and well supplied with almost everything you might need. The washer and dryer are a plus. The location is great...close to the beach and Promenade. We enjoyed our stay here.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  What a perfect location for walking to the main promenade area and throughout downtown. Very cute house, small, & nicely maintained. Only drawback is the location of the bathroom being downstairs, so not a good fit if any issues with nighttime bathroom breaks. Otherwise, it was a perfect fit!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  This beach house was just great for my family of four (2 adults and 2 small children). My girls shared the mermaid room which is upstairs just next to the larger bedroom - the only downside is that the very small bathroom is downstairs off of the kitchen (so not ideal for night-time potty breaks). The house is very well stocked and great for small children. The beach is only a few blocks away as is the heart of downtown with 75 cent ice cream cones and $2 carousel rides. Outlet shopping is just blocks away as well. We also enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks from the deck on the front of the house (off the larger bedroom) and the neighborhood was quiet and residential. We would definitely consider staying here again while the girls are small.

  This beach house is small, cute, very clean, and meticulously maintained. It is the best bargain in Seaside! The location is nearly perfect - on a quiet side street less than 1 block from the river and 3 blocks from the ocean. The house is exactly as pictured in the photos. Owner is kind and responsive. I would highly recommend this place!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
