About our condo....recently decorated in warm, rich colors, open and airy, very inviting. Whether you prefer to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves or lounge inside the rich decor, this condo has everything. Lots of TLC has been put into making sure that you have everything you need at our 'home away from home.'
The master bedroom is a dream-come-true with a luxurious king-size bed and its own private entrance to the expansive balcony. The huge master bath includes a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower - perfect after your long sun-filled days. The guest bedroom offers two twin-size beds, perfect for friends and family, while the queen size sofa-sleeper in the living room can help you accommodate two more guests! The modern kitchen has been updated with tile floor, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You will also find all the comforts of home, which include a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc. so you can enjoy dinner in, if you choose. The unit offers an additional full bathroom and, of course, a washer/dryer, for your utmost convenience. Bed and bathroom linens are included in the unit - all you need to bring are beach towels!

The surrounding area is packed with great places for family fun. Visit Grand Boulevard, the Village of the Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, Market Shops at Sandestin, and Silver Sands Outlet Mall for great shopping as well as dining. Pile into the car and head to the Rave at the Destin Commons to watch the latest movies! You can also have a great family day at The Track or Big Kahuna’s water park located in downtown Destin. Enjoy deep-sea fishing, fresh seafood, and so much more at the Harborwalk Village. Close by you have the marina at The Village of Baytowne Wharf where you can rent pontoon boats, jet skis, and find other water sport activities. Take the kids to the Adventure Zone in Baytowne, which includes a zip line, a rope course, tower climb, and much, much more!

Overall the condo was nicely decorated and granite in the kitchen was very nice. Unfortunately the bathrooms have been overlooked and the mold in the showers, sinks and toilets was just unacceptable.
