This villa was recently remodeled, giving it a vacation friendly tropical feel. A fresh coat of paint throughout the entire villa, new furnishings; including a queen-size sofa-bed, loveseat, chairs, new twin beds, a new deck, new wood flooring, new carpet, remodeled master bathroom and much more were all just added.
This two-story villa is located in The Greens, and has the added security of being within the private and gated community of Shipyard Plantation. It is located directly across from the world-renowned Van Der Meer tennis center where you will enjoy one hour per day of FREE tennis with your rental. Our villa is only steps away from the private community pool and a short stroll from the beach. There are dozens of golf courses and several shops and restaurants just minutes away. The grounds are very well cared for and have many biking and walking trails for your enjoyment.
The main living area of this non-smoking villa includes a fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances and all the conveniences of home, including a flat-top stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar, and new full-size washer and dryer. This villa also has a half bath on the first floor, as well as a "mud room" for dropping off shoes and towels, a dining room, and a large comfortable family room with queen-size sofa bed, TV, VCR, DVD, and CD player. We have also just added HI-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET. The sliding doors in the family room open onto a new deck that offers a scenic view of Shipyard Golf Course. The private deck is equipped with a gas grill and patio furniture for cookouts or just relaxing and enjoying the view.
Upstairs is the large, master bedroom with king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and remodeled private full bath. At the other end of the hall is another full bath with plenty of counter space and a spacious, guest bedroom with two twin beds, a TV and double closets.
