Our family of 4 stayed at this condo the first week of April,2012. The condo is exactly as the photos show. We had plenty of room to spread out. The unit was stocked with dvd's, books and games to occupy any extra free time you have. The pool and hot tub are only steps away. A very easy walk to the Maggie, The Village or downtown Breck. Randy was super easy to work with. We will rent this condo again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We were lucky enough to spend a one week vacation in Breckenridge last winter and had such a perfect vacation. The location of this unit was fantastic, the unit was well appointed and offered all the luxuries of home in a cozy and warm setting. Loved the proximity to the ski lift and to town and how quiet the unit was. We will be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

About the owner: Our family has been enjoying Breckenridge for the over 25 years. Liz and I have so many wonderful memories of our time in Breckenridge and the Rocky Mountains. We purchased our condo for its proximity to everything Breckenridge has to offer, but mainly because it is tucked away in one of the few quiet and forested areas of town.
