  Overall our stay was excellent. The condo itself was everything we had hoped for and more. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony seeing dolphins, manatees and various types of native birds. The complex itself was like a resort. The pool, hot tub, gym etc. were always well maintained and the gym had more than enough equipment. Within the complex there are walkways to enjoy with excellent views of the bay and even another chance of seeing dolphins. The location in Clearwater offered us a huge variety of things to see and do. There is a large selection of golf courses, restaurants and shopping. There are hidden treasure places to explore like Tarpon Springs, Dunnedin and Safety Harbour. Be sure to walk beyond the main street as there is so much more to see. We would recommend this condo and area to anyone.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  This was our 2nd stay within this condo and that in itself say's a lot. The condo was clean and just as the pictures showed. The facilities are top notch. We played golf at least twice a week and visited new sights. Clearwater Aquarium was great and seeing Winter was amazing. Check out the pier at Safety Harbour for manatees. We saw 5 up close. Our favorite restaurant is Greektown Grill. If you like Greek food be sure to eat there. All in all a great stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

  Our family chose this condo to be oceanfront. For the price we were willing to sacrifice the 30+minute drive to the beach on a good day. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family. We were so offended when the owner accused us of breaking his refrigerator. The freezer handle was loose but functionable so we didn't feel we needed to be petty and report this to him. After waiting the 3 weeks he requested to get our security deposit back, we contacted a very irrate and unreasonable man. He refused to give us back any of our security deposit and said "I had to replace the entire refrigerator because the next tennants were coming that day and a new handle would take weeks to order" Also the extra safety door hinge broke off with the wind pulling the door on it. We were happy to take off the cost of the door hinge and freezer door handle but this man refused. He wanted to mail us his used refrigerator. We have 2 and couldn't see mailing a refrigerator being cost effective. We were very disappointed when Charlie was so offensive and no help from VRBO customer complaint as well.

  Owner response: We acknowledge that Jack and Laurie filed a complaint with VRBO. VRBO independently reviewed the complaint and found that it had no validity. We regret that Jack and Laurie felt the need to write a negative review six months after the complaint was dismissed by VRBO but that's life and we wish them the best. We encourage our readers to look at our other 5-stars reviews.

  My co-worker and I had meetings in Tampa so we booked this wonderful 2 bedroom condo to stay in. It was very well appointed and had all of the amenities. The pool was great as was the gym and the location was close to the Beaches and Dining. The outdoor patio was perfect for breakfast! We hope to book it again the next time we have to visit for business or pleasure.

  We stayed in the condo for three weeks while our daughter did training and competition with local coaches. Condo is luxurious - everything is there what you would need during your stay. The pool is clean and warm - the only issue we had - it opens only at 9 AM but stays open till 10PM. I definitely recommend for stating whatever the reason for you to be in Clearwater

  An English message will follow Magnifique condo où rien ne manque dans un superbe complexe très bien entretenu. Complexe bien situé, en retrait du trafic. Condo calme avec vue sur la rivière. Propriétaires très arrangeants et sympathiques. Wonderful condo with all amenities in an amazing resort very well maintained. Resort well situated, outside trafic . Quiet condo with nice view on the river. Owners very convenient and friendly.

  My husband and I stayed at this beautiful, centrally located condo for a business trip in May. It looks just as good if not better in person. They have everything you need for your stay. It feels brand new and is very clean. We enjoyed the view of the bay and the occasional boat that passed by as we ate our breakfast on the balcony each morning. We even enjoyed our favorite music that we played from our ipod via a convenient docking station located next to a large screen tv above the beautiful fireplace. The bed was very comfortable which is key to an extended stay away from home. We loved the ease of continuing our work-out routine with the convenient gym located in the clubhouse just steps from the condo. The pool offered comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade. Best of all the condo is convenient to great restaurants, shopping, beaches, and more! Be sure to visit downtown...Main St, Dunedin during your stay. It is our favorite! We love The Living Room, tapas restaurant and Pan y Vino, brick oven pizza and wine bar. If you are a beer lover try Dunedin Brewery and House of Beer. Thanks Lala and Charlie for a wonderful and stress free experience.

  We just got back from a 10 days stay and loved it. The apartment is beautifully decorated - the owners are both Interior Designers! The patio view for early morning coffee is fabulous overlooking the bay. The location is great - good restaurants and supermarkets just a couple of minutes away and finally, a very reasonably priced golf course ($53.00 for 2 with a cart for 18 holes) right next door. Would strongly, strongly recommend this apartment

  My wife and I just spent 8 wonderful days over Christmas at this unit. This luxury unit is very comfortable and in immaculate condition. The view is spactacular for morning coffee out on the pourch. We enjoyed watching the birds and an occasional yacht going by. The owners are wonderful and very helpful. If we had more time we would still be there enjoying the area and golfing at nearby courses. We found golf very affordable on GolfNow.com for this area and played golf on Christmas Day at East Bay in Largo. Shopping and dining is nearby and easy to find some great food.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.
